Dear airtel

i would likely to bring to Ur notice about one important thing in Ur company. that is u people are not keeping the require numbers in u r outlets.when our we go to your outlets they are telling that good numbers are with third party (brokers).

when we inquired about this they are selling at huge cost.,is it the business of Air tel or any employees working in this business.

There are blocking the good number from air tel out lets and sending this good numbers in the brokers hand. we are Customer for the air tel not for the third party people and more over they can block the number if they want to take that should be activated with in 24 hours. But instated of that they are blocking the number for so long time this makes lose for the air-tel also.we are the regular Customer of air-tel and we want to take new post paid connection but what is the use we cant get good numbers. when we go to see the good numbers they say it has been blocked. For how any days they will block the number? they say simple there is know specific time.

This sought of things will damage the reputation of company .please take this blocking of the number for long time seriously .if they block plz ask them to activate with in 24 hours if not allot to others.

hoping u will take in positive mode.......as a regular Customer.

My postpaid airtel no. is 9963840206. I want to convert from postpaid to prepaid and i have cleared my bill of rs 450.00 on aprial 4th 2017 at airtel centre at chowtoppal, again they have asked me to pay again rs 430.00 where i have regularly paying the bills,and when i have conformed with your customer care they said that rs 450.00 is deducted from my bill and remaining balance 30.00 only. what i have to do. Respond to this. did you collect the rent twice in a month?

From last few months I am facing problem of not getting receipt against payment made online of Airtel mobile bills. On login to my accounts also no bill nor any receipt of payment can be downloaded nor can be seen. Earlier your website was found to be very convenient and bills for last few months as well as payment receipts for last few months could be viewed and downloaded. It is therefore requested to improve your website accordingly. Excuse me airtel communicators yours advises or offers it's not clearly updated. Please note this and more importantly correct offers is not delivering this no. many times i will recharged, the recharges not successful. many times my money I can't recover. This is a 3g set. And internet offers is 3g or 4G are posted but if recharge it's not successful. pls note this and clearly update your offers... please.

I had deposited SBI Cheque number 948473 dated 23.05.2017 for Rs 1200.00 at your sector 11, Panchkula office on 23.05.2017. It was against bill of 1198/-, last date of payment being 24.05. It is found recorded in the relevant register too.

Though the amount has been debited from my account on 29.05.17 in favour of Bhartiya Airtel, the same is not being reflected in your database and bill amount has been outstanding against me and my outgoing calls have been barred.

Kindly trace my payment and reconcile your books.Bank passbook has been shown to the concerned executive at your a/m office.

I am a customer of your prepaid mobile service. Last week I bought a micromax canvas 2 phone from an authorised dealer in Rithala. The phone had an offer that if you have an Airtel Sim Card, you will avail 1 year of free call and 4G data services. I liked this offer of yours and bought the phone. But, accidently, the retailer inserted my old Sim Card in the Sim Slot (which was a 3G Sim) and the offer got void. The retailer said that there will not be any problem and I will still be able to avail 4G data services for 1 year but not calls. I want you to avail the 1 year calling offer as I am a tution teacher and a customer of your prepaid service since the last 10 years. I have a regular call work for tutions. I bought the phone because of this offer. I would have gone to other prepaid services like Jio, Vodafone or Idea. But, because being a trust and faith on you, I continued with airtel. If you will not avail my offer, I will go with other service providers.

Currently i am based in UZBEKISTAN ( +998 ), my other friends are enjoying AIRTEL facility with International Roaming through BEELINE service provider, only my International roaming is not working at all and always showing NOT REGISTERATION IN NETWORK (PHOTO ATTACHED HEREWITH FOR YOUR READY REFERENCE )

I BELIEVE THAT NOW I AM HAVING SUFFICIENT BALANCE IN MY ACCOUNT AND my telephone should have International Roaming , please look into your records , and arrange to activate it from your system .

I am facing Network issues, i am not getting any incoming calls and outgoing calls. Only when come out from my house i can able to get calls and make out going calls. Every time it is problem to come out of house and attend calls or make calls,Before that for the past 4 years i had no issues. I am missing lot of important calls related to my work,consider this as a HIGH PRIORITY. Kindly Take necessary actions.

My kind suggestion is to have tower in my area to avoid such issue.

I got recharged my mobile 9871905767 with Rs.349/- data pack with unlimited calls and 1GB data per day on 30th June 2017. But there has been no data communication since very first day and I am unable to use internet/ whatsapp or any other means, though data connection shows on the mobile. I made complaint on 121 on 2nd July, 12 July and thereafter tried many time on 121 but in vain. I was told that there was some network problem but I am unable to use my data pack. It is almost impossible to talk to customer care executive on Airtel's 121 number. It looks my Rs. 349/- is sinking. Contact number of any senior person or the right person is never available to whom the problem can be explained. There is lot of time waste on 121. I don't know what to do?

Now your service not better before some time, nobody proper understanding to customer. your DTH service Internet Service Are very costly not beneficial to customer. we are continue your customer last 20 year but your all services higher cost to other than company in market.

DTH no proper channel recommended all star sports channel not response.

Dear Sir/ Mdam,

I am user of Vodafone.Because of good services and netork (as told by Airtel people), I decied to switch over to Airtel.

It has been almost 2 weeks I was given a SIM card with mobile no- 9910404687. I received SMS on my mobile no 9711344356 on July 23, 2017. And the message was " Thank you for your interest in Airtel! We have received your request for activation of mobile no 9910404687.The same will be activated within 24 hours."

There are several 24 hours passed since 23rd July.

Do you think you are right in claim?
Do you think I should still prefer Airtel?
Can anyone call me and explain?

Note:
I am owner of the house and I have given all the documentary proofs. I was so hopeful for a wonderful experience from Airtel but the very beginning is sad.

This is regarding my broadband. I have called every number possible in airtel left a comment or message or mail to airtel requesting them to shut down my connection but my bill is still generating even though I am not using any services. This is not fair, I have called customer care also regarding my issue twice. I have been requesting since 28 july 2017 and my airtel landline number is 080 42106655. This is harassment against me and been wrongly paid. Please I request you guys to shut down my broadband as I am not liable to pay any bill after 28 july 2017.

I purchased a Sim no. 9003601338 from Airtel Kumbakonam store. I was told that sim will be activated in 3 days. but still there is no sign of activation. Initially the local store helped to resolve the issue. But later they stopped even attending my calls as they are totally helpless and clueless about what is the real issue. I dont know to whom I have to approach.

My self Ibrahim, I have done a recharge of 399 (unlimited all)for my no.9503939792 on 06 sep 2017. i am facing speed drop in 3g network its like max 25 kbps for download .mostly its 2-5 kbps ..i have already complained 5 time till now and got full speed on 15 sep 2017. today at16 sep i hav used 550 mb at max speed and now its back to that poor 2-5 kb. customer care senior person said i cant get more than that after complaining again. Now give me back my money or fix my problem asap. i have lost already 8 days of data bcos of low speed. pls don't waste my time and do something fast. i need what u offered or full refund of 399 rupees.

I received a whopping bill of about 3400 rules for the month of June 2017 as compared to my within the range of 150 and 300 rupees. I was told that I used the internet beyond the period for which I was offered the free data. My grievance is that I was not intimated about the issue by your officials. My bill for the month of June may either be revoked or I may be compelled to shift to some other network.

As I am using Airtel services form past 6-7 years. I am having two postpaid connections from Airtel company. I think its time for me to move on from Airtel.

I am having some problem with 9829632195 bill for 23-07-17 to 24-08-17. I was using internet facility @99/- per month from past six years. I requested to drop this service in August-2017 Month. Next bill I have received in which they have charged Rs.5756/- for usage.

Later i tried to get this bill adjusted many times via telephonic conversation with Airtel but none of customer care executive helped me out for the same and they barred my services even i am not able to receive the calls on that number (9829632195).

Now they are threatening me that I have to pay whole amount otherwise they will drop the the services for my another postpaid number of Airtel. This is like mental harassment for me. I need the solution because this is really pathetic for me.

This is no where logical as they are offering MMS Message charges and others more of that.l am also inform that MMS Message are not use by me . I am use only others application apps Facebook and WhatsApp messages..

I am no more satisfied with the way of services of Airtel. I want this bill to be adjusted and let me move to other service provider

Hi, I AM THE AIRTEL postpaid customer 7306323519 ia have ported my network from postpaid to prepaid these store people had collected rupees 510 from me for porting my service and additional 25 for new sim cards.

actual my rental plan is 299 /350 why they collected extra i went to ask fro refund they saying we dont take prepaid services if you post paid service we will talk if not go and talk to to customer care they saying then y to keep a bloody airtel store for whom you had keep the store.

2-4-694, ROAD NO 4, NEW NAGOLE, Opposite SRI VENKATA LAKSHMI TRADERS, NAGOLE, Andhra Pradesh 500068. none of your airtel team are solving my issue they are note even responding.

I am Vijay from Coimbatore.
I had requested for mobile portability due to excessive data rates and no offers received from Airtel. I have been continuously contacting airtel executives for the past three days regarding the same. But the responses each and every time from the customer care executives were very much annoying and they couldnt even understand what my concern is.

I am using my airtel number for the past 12 years. But Airtel is not at all giving preference for long term customers. No good offers where provided.

After all customers should be provided with proper response. One of the executives made me to wait over phone for nearly 30 minutes. Each time she connects the line and when realises that I'm waiting,she plays an airtel advertisement. She continued the same for 3-4 times and finally terminated the call without any response.

Kindly do not recruit such irresponsible persons for customer contact. Customers are valuable.. Do not loose them for silly reasons.

I request for SIM change Request of your Airtel Mobile no 7838141600. It was promised that new SIM will be activated in 5 hours but till the time it is not activated. I spoke to your customer care team and but they replied rudely that it will take another 24 hours.

You have pathetic customer care team and they are very rude with no satisfaction to customer. Please let me know till how long i have to remain without mobile.

A very dissatisfied customer.
