I got recharged my mobile 9871905767 with Rs.349/- data pack with unlimited calls and 1GB data per day on 30th June 2017. But there has been no data communication since very first day and I am unable to use internet/ whatsapp or any other means, though data connection shows on the mobile. I made complaint on 121 on 2nd July, 12 July and thereafter tried many time on 121 but in vain. I was told that there was some network problem but I am unable to use my data pack. It is almost impossible to talk to customer care executive on Airtel's 121 number. It looks my Rs. 349/- is sinking. Contact number of any senior person or the right person is never available to whom the problem can be explained. There is lot of time waste on 121. I don't know what to do?

Now your service not better before some time, nobody proper understanding to customer. your DTH service Internet Service Are very costly not beneficial to customer. we are continue your customer last 20 year but your all services higher cost to other than company in market.

DTH no proper channel recommended all star sports channel not response.

Dear Sir/ Mdam,

I am user of Vodafone.Because of good services and netork (as told by Airtel people), I decied to switch over to Airtel.

It has been almost 2 weeks I was given a SIM card with mobile no- 9910404687. I received SMS on my mobile no 9711344356 on July 23, 2017. And the message was " Thank you for your interest in Airtel! We have received your request for activation of mobile no 9910404687.The same will be activated within 24 hours."

There are several 24 hours passed since 23rd July.

Do you think you are right in claim?
Do you think I should still prefer Airtel?
Can anyone call me and explain?

Note:
I am owner of the house and I have given all the documentary proofs. I was so hopeful for a wonderful experience from Airtel but the very beginning is sad.

This is regarding my broadband. I have called every number possible in airtel left a comment or message or mail to airtel requesting them to shut down my connection but my bill is still generating even though I am not using any services. This is not fair, I have called customer care also regarding my issue twice. I have been requesting since 28 july 2017 and my airtel landline number is 080 42106655. This is harassment against me and been wrongly paid. Please I request you guys to shut down my broadband as I am not liable to pay any bill after 28 july 2017.

I purchased a Sim no. 9003601338 from Airtel Kumbakonam store. I was told that sim will be activated in 3 days. but still there is no sign of activation. Initially the local store helped to resolve the issue. But later they stopped even attending my calls as they are totally helpless and clueless about what is the real issue. I dont know to whom I have to approach.

My self Ibrahim, I have done a recharge of 399 (unlimited all)for my no.9503939792 on 06 sep 2017. i am facing speed drop in 3g network its like max 25 kbps for download .mostly its 2-5 kbps ..i have already complained 5 time till now and got full speed on 15 sep 2017. today at16 sep i hav used 550 mb at max speed and now its back to that poor 2-5 kb. customer care senior person said i cant get more than that after complaining again. Now give me back my money or fix my problem asap. i have lost already 8 days of data bcos of low speed. pls don't waste my time and do something fast. i need what u offered or full refund of 399 rupees.

I received a whopping bill of about 3400 rules for the month of June 2017 as compared to my within the range of 150 and 300 rupees. I was told that I used the internet beyond the period for which I was offered the free data. My grievance is that I was not intimated about the issue by your officials. My bill for the month of June may either be revoked or I may be compelled to shift to some other network.

As I am using Airtel services form past 6-7 years. I am having two postpaid connections from Airtel company. I think its time for me to move on from Airtel.

I am having some problem with 9829632195 bill for 23-07-17 to 24-08-17. I was using internet facility @99/- per month from past six years. I requested to drop this service in August-2017 Month. Next bill I have received in which they have charged Rs.5756/- for usage.

Later i tried to get this bill adjusted many times via telephonic conversation with Airtel but none of customer care executive helped me out for the same and they barred my services even i am not able to receive the calls on that number (9829632195).

Now they are threatening me that I have to pay whole amount otherwise they will drop the the services for my another postpaid number of Airtel. This is like mental harassment for me. I need the solution because this is really pathetic for me.

This is no where logical as they are offering MMS Message charges and others more of that.l am also inform that MMS Message are not use by me . I am use only others application apps Facebook and WhatsApp messages..

I am no more satisfied with the way of services of Airtel. I want this bill to be adjusted and let me move to other service provider

Hi, I AM THE AIRTEL postpaid customer 7306323519 ia have ported my network from postpaid to prepaid these store people had collected rupees 510 from me for porting my service and additional 25 for new sim cards.

actual my rental plan is 299 /350 why they collected extra i went to ask fro refund they saying we dont take prepaid services if you post paid service we will talk if not go and talk to to customer care they saying then y to keep a bloody airtel store for whom you had keep the store.

2-4-694, ROAD NO 4, NEW NAGOLE, Opposite SRI VENKATA LAKSHMI TRADERS, NAGOLE, Andhra Pradesh 500068. none of your airtel team are solving my issue they are note even responding.

I had requested for mobile portability due to excessive data rates and no offers received from Airtel. I have been continuously contacting airtel executives for the past three days regarding the same. But the responses each and every time from the customer care executives were very much annoying and they couldnt even understand what my concern is.

I am using my airtel number for the past 12 years. But Airtel is not at all giving preference for long term customers. No good offers where provided.

After all customers should be provided with proper response. One of the executives made me to wait over phone for nearly 30 minutes. Each time she connects the line and when realises that I'm waiting,she plays an airtel advertisement. She continued the same for 3-4 times and finally terminated the call without any response.

Kindly do not recruit such irresponsible persons for customer contact. Customers are valuable.. Do not loose them for silly reasons.

I request for SIM change Request of your Airtel Mobile no 7838141600. It was promised that new SIM will be activated in 5 hours but till the time it is not activated. I spoke to your customer care team and but they replied rudely that it will take another 24 hours.

You have pathetic customer care team and they are very rude with no satisfaction to customer. Please let me know till how long i have to remain without mobile.

I got msg from your company that if you recharged by rs 149 we will give you 2gb data + unlimited airtel local and std call but when I recharged with the same amount I got only 300mb data as. I have 4g Sim +hand set I want to get full benefits as shown to me in the msg.

I had been used Reliance no 9864778681 for last 10 years. But due to Reliance shutdown i want to port my no to another wireless service provider and i think that Airtel is the best Service provider at present now. So i port my no to Airtel last 30 day ago in an Airtel Customer care. 10 days ago i have received an sms in my alternate phone no and instructions me to insert the new Airtel sim. I follow the step and want to a call, then the phone connected to Airtel and ask me for verify my details and said to me that after 4 hours the phone restart. I done it as per instruction. But when i restart phone then phone has no network and if try to call in this no the phone not valid reply.

I go to the Airtel customer care on 23 rd Nov, for Complaint. They told me tomorrow will solve my problems. I again go next day and reply was same tomorrow w'll solve. But it is very sad for me that Airtel service not yet good for me. I think Airtel tomorrow never come for me. So i therefore request to you kindly give me a solution to active my no, because the phone no connected to gas, electricity, office, etc.

I am airtel prepaid Mobile user for two numbers; 94170-49946 and 98159-70946. I had to leave for Canada from India on 17/11/2017. On or around 13/11/2017, I approached airtel Co. Counter Official in Baltana Market-Zirakpur (Pb.) for keeping my mobile roaming, who advised me to recharge both numbers for a sum of Rs.500/- each, which I did. On reaching Canada at the residence of my son, when I wished to do some internet banking and wanted to pay an electricity bill of PSPCL from Roxboro-QC-Canada, which transaction failed, as I could not receive OTP by SMS. Presently, I am feeling great difficulty due to non-connectivity of my main mobile number i.e. 94170-49946, by SMS.

Now I am not getting any SMS alerts from my SBI Bank and also not getting any OTP number on this Mobile number. Please advise me, what to do in this situation. I am unable to make any payment to airtel for any recharge for this number, if I wish to, due to non-connectivity. Please reply urgently on my e-mail address at the earliest.

I have recharged about 149 rs. By offer of daily 1 Gb data , unlimited calls , daily 100 Sms For 28 days ..But we didn't get any service & called to customer care about 4 to 5 times...& yet we didn't get any help ,, If u can't do anything then return my money on paytm by which u get!!

I'm Sandeep I'm using airtel from 2months and its postpaid while taking the SIM card the representative told me the best offer and told me that bill will be upto 4-5 hundred per month but I got 660 rupees bill and I have paid the amount also again the issue is not going calls to anyone after payment also what a irritating situation not satisfied with airtel.

Before recharge i have called your customer care executive and he informed me you're eligible of this offer then i have recharge but i don't received then i have called your senior excutive
and he was called me you've get your offer.

On 24/05/2018 at 01:44 hrs my balance 130 rupees deducted on airtel mobile, when i checked msg i seen mazaa tv activated on my number. I didn't activated, even airtel tv i m not using frm many months then howz it can be activated. I also tried to contact customer care, but airtel's 24*7 is only good to print on paper but total poor service. Im not sure that you will ans even this email, but all i want to say u that if you want to grow and keep existence in this market you should check out the recording of your CSA, how they are answering the call and are they able to give proper answer to customer.

All they have a weapon, that is disconnecting the call which is relevant in that case where a customer is not asking about airtel or any other topic insteed of issue. And if you can't control your CSA than you should leave this business.

You are the greatest lier that this network is the fastest one..and that one line " our team is doing work for the issue." All this is an excuse. Im a airtel user and im ashamed, now im suggesting everyone not to buy airtel just buy jio.

I had done a recharge on my mobile number 9633599963 who is travelling this week to Saudi arabia for roaming purpose. Due the non clarity in the website I had recharged Rs 2499/- but later I came to know that this recharge does not support Saudi arabia.

So I called up customer care for a help so that I wanted to recharge the amount that support Saudi Arabia roaming by amending the further difference amount if any. But the customer care refuse to help saying that This amount is gone and I have to recharge with another Rs 3997 amount for the purpose. I am asking to allow me to pay the difference amount 1498 I am ready to pay for the service. This is the worst response I expected from Airtel customer care team, I appreciate some one from airtel come to help me.

Because of My Airtel Monthly Bill Related problem & my complaint Dwarka Sec 11 Airtel showroom Against my Requested to convert My Airtel postpaid connection into Airtel prepaid on 15th Or 16th November. Because I was going to America. Even I converted my whole family pack plan and all Airtel postpaid numbers in prepaid. Because my visit America for long time.

But Unfortunately The Airtel showroom staff Mr Aman Krishna sahu & Ms Santoshi. Taken my request. Others numbers they converted few days back.but my base number 9871581822 request they had taken on 15 November or 16th November at Sector 11 Dwarka Airtel showroom. Because my flight was 16th night. From New Delhi to Newark USA on United Airlines.
Because I already given my request on 15th Or 16th November my postpaid connection convert into prepaid .
Because of My Mother heart attack I have came back New Delhi India urgently in emergency. I returned on 05th of December. Now few days back I get message from Airtel. My postpaid connection bill is Rs 15400 something. I was shocked. Because I already cleared my outstanding earlier & I already given requested to convert My Airtel postpaid connection into Airtel prepaid connection. Then How can Airtel sent me bill like this.
Then immediately I visited first Airtel showroom Connaught place & told my all complaint related to my postpaid connection continuity & postpaid bill Rs 15400.

On 22nd December. Around 615pm in The evening. The staff told me its mistake made by Dwarka Sector 11 Showroom staff.You have to visit over there and file the complaint on same outlet office.then on 24th December I visited Dwarka Sec 11 Airtel showroom at New Delhi. And I told whole story in front of Mr Piyush , Mr Aman & Showroom Manager Ms Rekha. They told me we will check all the details and then short out this.

But after 4 days I didn't get any reply from the Sector 11 staff and Manager.

Today 29th Dec again I visited but no solution yet from staff end. Even they not take care this properly .it's unfortunate things for Airtel very old customer. Who taking services more than Two decades. Reply me immediately & waived off this wrong billing against me. Whynot yours Airtel Sector 11 staff had not converted my request from postpaid to prepaid. It's not my fault.

If I m not getting this I will to legal action against the staff of that Airtel showroom & for the Airtel company also. Because after complaint & so many visit of Sector q1 Dwarka New Delhi. I didn't get any reply. Every time I follow them. The showroom staff & Manager not reply me.its really very bad service experience from Airtel. I didn't expect. Even checked 15th or 16th showroom video recording also. Because staff are fully responsible for this mishandling the customer request properly.

I am waiting urs reply urgent basis.

Why are you saying that airtel is number one network all the time , if your network is number one so why we all are facing so much problems while using net of call to someone. I'm using one airtel postpaid and one prepaid connection in patiala royal city but in patiala, I'm facing so much problems in airtel connection in all the time.... in a month maybe 2 to 3 time I have to call customer care regarding network problems or net problem in patiala city.

Worst experience with airtel if I'm talking about number one company or fastest network in patiala.
Very poor service as well as poor network.

Activated from prepaid to postpaid for receiving a roaming sim to go to Dubai for 6 days only.When interacting in the front desk official I was asked to cover the existing prepaid no.into a post paid one.Asking about the charges,I was intimated that one time joining charges will be levied for Rs.299, a monthly charges of Rs.299 and roaming charges in excess of 1 day will be Rs.1199/-(approx).

On 9th Jan.2019 it was activated and I was assured that the roaming will start functioning the moment I arrive at Dubai on 11th Jan.I could hardly operate my phone and connect my relative who came to the airport to receive me.For about 1 and half hour I tried to contact but failed.Thereafter I had to announce with the help of the Airport authority and could locate my relative. For the entire stay there, I could hardly make any call. My daughters used to call me which I could receive. I was also assured that I can avail 500 minutes as free call. Later from a message sent by Airtel, I was made to aware that the limit of 500mts free call has been reduced to 250 mts. In Feb I have received a message asking me to pay by 18th an amount of Rs.3.600/- + though the service bill received on request shows an amount of Rs 3.963.97. I made a cash payment of the bell as messages to me. I have also been informed that I will have to carry it on till the 4th month of registration.

I believe I have been be fooled. Had the charges leviable could be given in writing before registration,I could avert myself from proving myself to be an idol.Only one request: if you can stop the 4 months barrier as I am in no way interested to the Airtel services even within India.
