To whomsoever it may concern,

I am looking for an appointment at chembur/vashi branches, however no one answers calls made on mobile and landline numbers. No body from branch returned my calls.

Finally I had to call 1-800 number to contact for appointment. Both branch manager's are unable to accommodate me for prior appointment.

Terribly disappointed with customer care of branch managers.

Last year in august i payed for wart removal service at kaya mega mall golf course road gurgaon...because at that time the printer was not working I did get the receipt.. .but I had payed the full amount. After that in September I was down with chickenguniea and it took six months for me to come into a movable condition. In April I called the kaya at mega mall gurgaon...the lady on call said yes there is a package showing in my account. Again because of health issue I could not make up for the appointments so I cancelled it. But yesterday when I called kaya at mega mall... the lady on the call said there is no package of wart removal in my account..i was shocked. She said maybe someone had not billed it and took my money away in her pocket...i requested her to call the girl in whose presence I had bought the package but she was very rude and denied to help me. I am a very old client of kaya.... i always take the bill... it happened that day the printer was not working and I forgot.... but once when I had taken appointment at that time there was no such issue... but now I feel I am cheated by such a big reputed company... and that to to a client who has been taking services for last five to six years...it is a shame. Now I feel never to believe these money making organisations who built there empire by cheating on client hard earned money.

On 20.08.2016, I went for kaya for consulation for my full body laser treatment. And doctor suggested me to go for laser treatment. I paid the 17840/- for whole package. I asked many times that it give any side effects. They always assured me that there will not be any side effects and after 1 hour u will back to normal. I have very bad feedback related to the kaya clinic actually, saturday date 20.08.2016 I went for full arms and upper lips laser treatment laser after this session I got many pimples, swelling, black spots on my body. I then got infection on my arms and upper lips which means i cannot take any more such sittings, i'm still recovering.

Not getting refund more then one year, even after multiple calls. These people told me to called customer care, I called customer care they told me called clinic. when i called up there to get the appointment those people had no clue about it and said they will talk to customer care and come back. I have enrolled on 20.08.2016 for laser treatment and requested for refund on 3rd april and also not used any of your service till date. It has been an entire year since i am following up for refund. There is single feedback from your side.No response received from kaya customer care or the clinictill date.

I had paid 17000 rs for four sittings in advance but could take only two.. I then got infection on my arms and upper lips which means i cannot take any more such sittings, i'm still recovering. How do you people expect me to take the sittings. What is the issue in refunding. Refund my amt otherwise I will go in consumer court or will take legal action. This is a serious complaint am contemplating to lodge and if I don't hear from someone credible with authority I will go to the consumer court.

I made advance payment for services more than 70 thousand rupees for PRP and skin peel sessions. Few of the peel sessions are still pending. Have asked for reports to review my results many times but no one has taken my requests seriously. I feel kaya just want to get people to pay and has no responsibility thereafter if the customer asks for reports/ results. This is serious and I need Kaya management to take note of this.

Hi, It has been a month since multiple complaints raised to clarify on my laser session. I am yet to hear a response from them. You make all promises and get a customer to sign up for the sessions, but then fall back on these promises. This is very disappointing.

Hi all, I went to kaya for treatment of my acne and blemishes. The doctor advised me medicines which was incorrect and facial peel sessions for which they took advance payment.

The doctor also continuously nagged me to get a botox treatment which I repeatedly refused and he wasted one hour of mine and not to mention the pushy nature to sell their products. This continued outside the doctors office too. And this time I fell for it. They also made me buy facial packages and gave me a facial on the very same day and planned a peel after 4 weeks. Later I find out that facials and chemical peels dont go hand in hand. When peels are planned, there is no room for facials. It would be a waste of money.

This isnt the end of the story. The peels I received had no effect at all (I have taken peels before) . I raised a query and they gave me a peel which was barely satisfactory. I then discontinued my treatment at kaya and visited a private dermatologist who did an excellent job.

Kaya would then say " oh mam your skin is glowing", one of the most irritating experiences. However since they refused to refund my money. I decided to continue with facials. During all these sessions they have never given me the feedback form and probably have been filling it themselves.

Some facials were good, I don't deny, but then during one of the sessions I got a burst of acne, a severe burst and all the efforts of my private dermatologist went a waste. I called up customer care but no reply from them. I need my refund and compensation for the damages caused to my skin.

I went to kaya for my PRP in preetvihar, delhi branch. There I talked with manager Shilpa, she advised me to pay the bill in three times for six month. I told her to take checks from my side, she denied to take check from the customer. In india how many companies r denying to take checks??? This is the big issue, If u people's r doing fraud or what??? Sorry but I have to raise this question in media now that how many companies r denying to take checks. You peoples r simply fraud. I would like to inform everyone from my blog, that please don't go or avail any service from kaya. They are simply making fool of u by doing nothing. Horrified people.

I have paid for 12 sessions for my hair nourishment treatment. Problem is they love cancel my appointment without my knowledge if am unavailable to take the calls when they call me.. They are unresponsive when I call back and when I go there for my session I ll be informed that my appointment stands cancelled.. When it happened for the first time when I raised my voice they accommodated me and gave the session.. Today again the same thing happened. The reason they are saying is I was unavailable to confirm when they ring me up.. I returned the calls for some 6 times and they didn't respond.. And they informed me they can't give the session when I went to their place.

Dont they have a better system to communicate with the customers without troubling them?

I also face the same problem. I booked 6 facials at Chennai, Adyar branch. I was able to complete 3 facials and after that I got conceived then took a 2 yr break. Last year I resumed to take my 3 fairness facial sessions. I booked my appointment last year and unfortunately I was unable to go. After few months I called them to book my appointment, I hear that they are saying no more sessions are pending and I have booked only 3 and that got completed 2 yrs ago. If that was the case, I asked how did they accepted my appointment last year for the 3 pending facials. There was no answer and now they say that there is no details on the database. I raised a complain on customer care and waiting for the positive reply.

Hello, I am Delnaz Dalal now I have taken life time membership in 2006 for my laser hair removal on chin. now this time when I went to lokhandwalla branch they said that the life time membership is canceled. how can u cancel lifetime membership if u have promised something for which your client have paid for, how can u refuse it. Its not that I have missused it, I go once in 8 months. pls look in to the matter, spoke to anupama from lokhandwalla branch.

I was charged forty five thousand for package which included 6 peels and 6 q switch for d betterment of my face n to avail dis service, I use to come all d way from Panipat to Delhi after every 15 days. But instead of finding any kind of improvement on my face it has become more worse than before. When I told that m not getting results n nt satisfied then they keep on lingering the things n finally today they told me that they can't do anything as my package is complete. Every time they had different doctor n each one of them did experiment with my face n made it so ugly. I want my money back or give me the results.. that's it.

I have taken hair laser treatment from Kaya Clinic Velachery Chennai and paid for it more than Rs, 16000, as doctor advised me that once will complete all session (6). The problem will never come out. I have completed all session but still i have same problem. I called to many time customer as well as backend for resolve my issue. They said that We are unable to resolve your problem. Go through the doctor's advised and take the extra session and paid for it again. So guys, I requested to you if any one making plan to take any services from Kaya. Please don't take. It is cheater company.

I am a Kaya lifetime customer for laser treatment. I called up Kaya Adyar and they mentioned that its expired. They have cancelled the program. The manager was supposed to call me but i have not received any calls. I have tried following up as well. How can a lifetime package get expired. Really poor treatment from Kaya. I have only used it a few times in the last few years so its not like i was abusing the package. Really poor experience.
