I am using the hair color for sometime but the color is not good. After washing my hair it also washed away and i can see my gray hair. Solve my problem. Call me urgent.

I had ordered L'Oreal Professional shampoo and conditioner (liss unlimited) purple coloured from Snap Deal. On receiving the product I found it to be a duplicate one ,the packing was also not up to the mark and when I used the conditioner it did not appear original as i have been using the same product from last 5 years and this is the first time I ordered online. Although I have ordered a return of the product but please look in the matter as such online sites are selling duplicale L'Oreal products.
