No service is being provided from last 4 months even after complaining multiple times. I am regretting to buy from this company.

I have given one complain more than one month ago on 19/03/2019. Many time I have talked to customer care and other senior guys, and service engineers and company also. But I am not getting solve my problem. what will be the type of LLOYD company and his services for customer. It is not expected by any company such a poor service.

Is there any responsible person who will solve my problem.

Maine spilt ac liya hua hai aur abhi se cooling nahi aa raha hai isliye mane company me call kiya to company vale aisa bol rahe hai visit karne ke 500/-rs rupee lange to mane bola ke to fir 5 year ki warranty ka matlab kya hai plz me request karta hoo iska solution chiye.

Jis din se AC liya hai, usi din se koi na koi problem chal rahi hai.

From last two weeks i am facing problem. I'm calling helpline number but they told me your request was send to service center. But no one called or messaged me. My complaint no 1910193201238, plz tell me when will my concern will be resolved.

My ac is not working, i bought it in january 2020. In full year i complained about cooling for 3-4 times. In February when i complained about cooling the service man came from lloyds told that 1st time installation not done properly, so there is gas leakage problem. Now they are not taking responsibility. pPls do the needful.

Products are not good. Also after the problem in product, nobody want to solve problems.
