The Ac turns on but its not cooling the room, I want it to be repaired immediately.

I purchased Bluestar 2 Ton 3 Star Split AC from Flipkart on 04 July 2021. 1 month ago, when I switched on the AC, it was not cooling at all. Hours passed and the AC just refused to cool. I contacted customer care and logged a complaint. Even after 3-4 days went by and nobody came to check the AC. I took the pain to file a complaint in the customer care again. Mr. Atul from MOHINI ENTERPRISES (Mob. No.: 9897768103) is service in-charge of my location (Jalesar, Uttar Pradesh 207302). This guy just hates to work and always refuses to provide service by making different excuses. He has not even hired professional AC mechanics. After several days, he sent a guy to check the AC but the person was so unprofessional that he knew nothing about the working of AC. He said that there is a gas leakage issue. I asked him to fill the gas and he said it will take at least 3 days. I waited and kept on giving reminders but nothing happened.

Till now, I have tried several times to contact the customer care as well as Mr. Atul but I have got no success. I called a local mechanic and he quoted an expense of Rs. 10,000/-

I am left with no option other than dragging Bluestar to the Consumer Court.
