We purchase truck tyre 1000*20 from last 4 years from your dealer m/s bora tyres nashik. As on we purchase above 300 tyres in that some tyre defective send for claim we recd confirmation by your call center claim sanctioned. But we follow up with your dealer from last six month for receiving claim tyres but he his ignoring & not want to settle what he received from michelin. Hence we stop purchasing your tyres from last six months.

For your information & necessary action,please do the needful for your brand value.
