Its really confusing me. When im already paid with amount fares as notify. Then redbus answered there is no more seat for the bus. Directly I asking to vendor, she said, YES, still having seat allotment. WHATTTT
Bus was delay 6 hr.
Hii team!! I booked my ticket from Nagpur to Pune by red bus but i'am not satisfied by your services..bus was delay for 6 hr. I had important training is there in Pune and the time was 9 am. I choose your bus because of time that you mentioned 7 am to reach Pune.Your bus was delay 6 hr. So I messaged to my training team, (request you consider my late coming, I took bus, but it is running delay by 6 hours, I will be there in Pune around 1pm) but they deny my request and told me to come next batch and the meaning of next batch is don't know when. This is my important training for job.. and I loose my training because of your bus.I'm very disappointed by your services. This is my worst experience.your team mention there in your app that if bus was late your team will refund 25% of amount.Now what can I do with your refund,I already loose my biggest opportunity. This is not good for me.i'm not happy.service of this bus was worst.
