Fed up in filing complaints for the repair of ion exchange
From the month of installation of ion exchange softner in our house, we had to file at least 2 complaints about non functioning of the device ie, till now we have filed 29 complaints in 11 months. Your company does not render proper service and we came understand that u don’t have experts in servicing the device. Hence, I just want to inform u that I’m filing a case against u in the consumer forum. This is only for ur information. Very worst service.
