Last 20 years I am a valued customer of M/s. ColorPlus and recently experienced with worst quality of fabric issue repeatedly. It is unexpected. Not at all satisfied with the fabric. Please check your quality control department.

I have been your valued customer since more than twenty years and have been buying Colour Plus Shirts & Trousers regularly because of the comfort and the Brand Value.

But I regret to inform you that of late the quality of Colour Plus has gone down a lot maybe because of competition from other brands you are trying to keep your prices competitive.

I recently bought a Colour Plus Trouser from Shopper Stop Lucknow outlet.
But to my surprise just after two or three washes the colour faded very badly and is now in condition to be worn again.

You are requested to kindly look into the above matter and instruct your quality assurance team to improve on quality or else your brand would loose its premier image.

Also kindly let me know if you can do anything about the product I bought from Shoppers Stop Lucknow outlet though I do not have the bill of my purchase as I have misplaced the same.

I bought a t-shirt (color plus) from shree Shivam Raipur but it shrinked (reduced in size) just after one dry clean. I do not understand what is the difference between a rs 250/- T-shirt and a rs 2500/- t shirt? I want a replacement.

Sometime back I buy two T-Shirts from Model Town Delhi ColourPlus Outlet and after wearing 1-2 times it gives me a feeling like I am wearing a plastic shirt which can cause allergy in the body. I am very much surprised a Brand like Raymond/ColourPlus can make and market such a bad quality which looks like a stuff purchased from a weekly roadside market. As I can not use this kind of stuff so it is requested to please accept it back and refund my money without any further question or discussion.

I have been a customer of Colour Plus for the last 10 years. I presume most of your customers will be in the middle age/upper age bracket as youngsters have many other options to choose from. I notice that the girth of Medium size Classic Fit short sleeve shirts has been reduced by 2inches, which makes most middle aged men who are on the 'Plus' size, like me, feel uncomfortable. Also the under collar button down has been discontinued. Now I am having to get my shirts tailored to the Colour Plus size and design of my old shirts. Request have a range, even if it is a small one, with the previous measurements and design.

Bought shirt before 4 months. Wore it 3 times only. Now stitches open from back side (under neck). It's now useless for me.

Dear Raymond Team,
I buy Jeans from the Manyavar outlet from the Indira Nagar branch. In that jeans, the zipper is too short and very difficult to take out pee. I am frustrated when I wear your jeans. You don't have international standard zipper measurement till now ?? How do you make this type of jeans??
