My vehicle No DL2CAP 6467 Maruti Wagon R purchased from U trust Noida Uttam Toyota on 16th Sep2021. But still vehicle not transferred till now. Today 120 days has been completed and nobody is responding from dealer hand. it is very difficult for me to drive this car at a road . if anything is happened with the car then who is responsible for this because car is not transferred till now.
kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.

Sir, i have booked car on 25-11-21. your Varanasi City showroom informed me on 18-12-21 that car arrived at their Hardattpur Rohania Showroom. then i meet city showroom sales man and i told him that as Kharmas (Bad period for purchase of big and new things) is running therefor i take delivery on 14-01-22. on this conversation he told me that price will be increased from 01.01.22 and if you deposit the full money in December then you can take delivery on 14.01.22 on old price. As per their suggestion i deposited Rs. 1200000/- on 28-12-21 and Rs. 60000/- on 29-12-21 . On 06-01-22. i informed your city show room sales man that he bring the car from Hardattpur Rohania to city show room so that delivery be done on 14-01-22. On my this request your sales man informed me that your car is sold to any other person. Sir It is very sad that after depositing full money my car is sold to any other person. Till today i am taking round and round of your city show room but they are not giving satisfactory answer that when car will be delivered. Kindly look in to the matter and take necessary action.
