I purchased 2 PCs. of t shirts from v mart showroom pratapgarh up its cost was 199/PC both t shirts quality was very bad its print bleed all over the fabric and one purse also purchased but its upper layer shrinks very much within 10 days when I complained to your showroom the showroom manager said that we are not responsible for this because our response abilities are within weak. if you sale these type qualities how the customer believe on your product.

I purchased 2 PCs of ladies dress & few grocery items in sambalpur v Mart showroom 1670.00. Your product very good....But when I asked him even this dress is not fitting my daughter I exchange it. Then v mart sambalpur manager replied me not exchanged it..... I asked why. Then he did not give me satisfy ans. another I asked him tell me your good name please.He tell me why I told you my name. Then I written a complained in your register but he not given me register.... But he given a paper. If your staff given in this type of behavior to customer.

I purchased 2 pieces of small baby clothes the cost was 199 both. Also there is an discount on 2nd purchased while billing he said u have got discount on 1 piece bt after calculated the amount there is not any discount. If same thing is repeated continuously then I will complaint abt it in its main and head office. They will also didnt response me thn I will take the vmart to live coz I am a member of nhrcco (national human rights corruption control organisation). Its an req to vmart plz have look on this matter and solve the customer problems.

Very bad, no flexibility in any circumstance. Today I went to ur khajakalla Patna city branch v mart showroom. From there I purchased a casual kids wear with discount of 30% . my daughter didn't get fitted in that dress.

I reached again v mart I told them that exchange it then they told me we can't do this and there was no small size. Then I told them that give me some other discounted item, I will pay extra money. they told me no you have to take same product design in same rate other than they can't do any thing. What the hell this type of rule is this. Very bad experience no flexibility.

I am from Sidholi, Sitapur, UP. The security guard at your store there dont know how to talk with people, he is very rude.

I am regular customer of v-mart. But approximately one week the A.C. will not function. So when I am going to buy the product i am feeling very hot and then not buy your product. Pls maintains the A.c. Maximum customer not purchase your product and going to vishal mega mart.

Behaviour of your staff (safiabad munger,bihar) is worst, even they don't know how to talk to customers.. i think these are the worst staff team among your all mart's staff. Manager too are very arrogant.. they even don't listen to customer's complaint.

mane ak jacket purchase kya tha usbka price tag kam tha or billing time par us par offers nahi tha or cashier ne kha muje kya pata mane use price dikhaya phir bhi us bola me kya karu.

Complain of product quality
I purchased jacket from v mart showroom in lucknow up its cost 1499 jacket quality was very bad it tear from inside or outside within 20 days. when i complained to your showroom manager said that we are not responsible for this because our response abilities are within week..so plz i request online to change my jacket.

This Is For Your Kind Information That I have Purchased Some Of The Products From Your Dehradun Chakrata Road Outlet On Dated 02-04-2019 Vide Memo Number: M000489-0419DEDU Against This Invoice I Have Purchased One Shirt For My Son But By Mistake From Your Store The Sensor Has Not Deducted By Your Staff, Today When I Visited Again To Remove The Sensor On Your Store Lots Of Questions Has Been Asked By Your Staff, After That when I Asked Them For This Your Staff Bluntly Replied Me That Is Not Our Responsibility, It Was Very Really hurt The Way Your Staff Replied To Me That Was Not A My Mistake I Have Came Over There From Almost 25Km Far But There Is Any Kind Of Guilty By Your Staff. Today I have Decided That I Will Not Come again At This Store To Purchase Any Thing Even I Will Suggest To Others Also to Not Go At V Mart.

I purchased jeans from v-mart Vadodara(near railway station) on 19-8-19 I wore it once and after washing threads are coming out,behaviour of the staff is rude they are indulge in gossiping. I am disappointed by poor quality of product and illiterate behaviour. I have talked to manger and he says he doesn't have authorities to exchange or refund so I request you to exchange my jeans.

I would like to give an example of your helpdesk service by engaging a conversation with the person who posted to pick up my Goods which complaint was filed by me under Support Ticket Open [#306650]. At first your man didn't talk properly and after that he didn't pick up the calls made by me. This is very harsh but it must be said that your company has no intention of helping the consumer as they have not appointed competent persons in the helpdesk team which has nothing to do with the reputation and image of the company. Since after a lot of follow up you sent someone to collect the goods on my complaint, so you are again requested to send the appropriate person so that my complaint can be resolved.

I sunny Agrawal Ghaziabad se hu. main Gandhi nagar main jo aapka v Mart store hai wahan 7 August ko shaam ko gaya tha wahan pe ek deal announced ho rahi thi 2000 ki shopping pe 2000 ki shopping free. main wahan 2 ghantey tha but when I asked about deal to your staff they tell yeh abhi applicable nahi hai main bola fir yeh announcement band karwa do fir bhe woh deal announcement chalta raha. maine wahan se 1750 ka purchase kya jiske lye mujhey 500 ka ek voucher mila main usko redeem karwane agle din gaya wahan se maine 2256 ki shopping Kari jisme 500 rs redeem ho gaye. maine wahan ek staff girl se pucha mujhey meri beti ke lye ek crop top chaye jara bataye unhone mujhey ek top dikhaya boli aap pe lo isme se maine le lye jab main gher lekar aaya beti ko dikhaya woh boli papa this is not a crop top. main apni beti ke sath usko exchange karne aaya jo top maine lya tha uska mrp 325 rs tha jab exchange ke badle lene aaya uski mrp 275 rs thi woh mujhse aur paise maangne lagey. Maine bola yeh to kam mrp ki hai but woh mujhey ulta seedha samjhane lagey Maine wahan se aur bhi shirts li but staff behaviour ki wajah se main apni shopping aapke yahan se chor di yeh seedha fraud hai aur main consumer form main complaint file karne ja raha hun. aapke store main do fraud hue mere sath pehla wrong announcement second exchange main dhoka hua mere sath.

This is for your kind information that i am akhilesh shukla. my contact number +918299432679. I am regular and valuable customer of V-mart. I went to v mart which is located at yashoda nagar kanpur. I purchased some clothes from there and they gave me coupon worth 500. When i went for redeem my coupon he said you will have to purchased minimum amount of product 1500. So we purchased cloth total amount of 1900/- Also i exchanged one of my cloth,it was worth appox 400/- which had purchased before.Then appox 1600 amount was rest to give him. So i said to(mr. ravi) who was billing my product, please redeem my coupan worth 500 and take me 1100 from me but they did not redeem it and misbehaving. In the time of giving coupan they had not inform me that exchanged of product and redeem of coupan will not be possible in same bill. i am very disappointed because his behavior. i wont go V-mart store at all. very rudely behavior by all the billing staff at that time. so kindly you requested to take necessary action against ravi & billing staff also.

Hi Sir I am a regular buyer from V mart along with other family member. I purchased one sorts socks and other items.. But in hurry I took one size smaller went for taking one size bigger your staff denied and said give it to someone else.. How pathetic customer service.
