Rapid 390 fan not working well. this is not a high speed fan.... even when 230 vol. stay fan going slow mode. so u can solve that.

Ceiling fan is having problem, its making a clicking noise. I have gotten it screws and nut bolts checked and it is all tightened. I am afraid to use it as it might fall.

I have face a problem and call costumer care number but all executives busy my Complaint is my eon fan was much noise (bahut jyada awaj kar raja hai). please solve my this problem.

From few days new sound out came from the ceiling fan.

I am mr sonu singh. I purchase eon fan about 25 sep 2017. My fan is very slow speed and not working. So kindly request solve my problem.

I have face a problem and call customer care number but all executives busy. My complaint is my eon fan was much noise. please solve my this problem. You says your customer care 24*7 but i have call to customer care and computer operator says monday to saturday only 10 AM to 6 PM call received. i am purchase the the new fans of EON dated 05.08.2018 and today is stopped, what exactly manufactured by EON company that fan stopped in 19 days only.

I Sopore Electronics am dealer of eon fans and recently your service provider refused to give us the service for our customers despite product under warranty. We have shown them the receipts of the product purchased still not giving the service.

Kindly help us in this matter as to serve our customers better.
