Dear Customer Service Team,

The dealership: Qatar Renault,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about Cars at Renault on June 5th, 2018.

I purchased Renault car in 2010, 1.6 l, Fluence model. I faced many problem for maintenance regarding Air conditioner, Spark plugs etc. Now i face one more new problem. My car's both air bags opened and oil leaked when it ran over 6-8 inchs higher level. No any damaged on front side of engine or bonnet. May i know hows happened like this. Something wrong with computer system in car to breakout air bags. I burnt alos on my right hand. I surprised hows happened like inside car. Bags how opened and how i burnt. I think car is not good for safety purpose.

I was going to buy other car in 2010, when i show this car, immediately bought. Now i felt i did very big mistake. Please sort out this issue. Do maintenance with spare parts free at your Qatar showroom / maintenance work shop.
