I lost my mts data card on 29-10-2014. I register complaint to the customer care you didn't registered my complaint. I got bill around 950 rupees l used just one month l will pay that month bill only ipay 385 rupees, what to do? reply me soon plz.

MTS MBLAZE , dongle/device data no.8647838592. Very very poor signal or tower bar is nil, i have problem face from beginning install your device. what to do, please checking your tower and solve this matter otherwise legal action your billing Rs.308=00 ( Rupees three hundred eight ) only how it possible, god knows.

Hi I am milan chandra dutta device mdn no 8648964161 regarding face connectivity problem from the begining and your signal is very poor no signal bar on blank, how it possible and contact customercare they told me we have provide a antena in your house for speed & disconnect issue. please take action immediate because bill cycle very near about every time lost my important history about CPWD Tender & ITI Processing fees lost my pocket Rs. 673/= two times, so please look my problem & shortout the technical dipute either return the device when purchase or you disconnect my internet connection beause i could not every time loss ITI Processing fees, i wait for your answer what to do

No speed on my data card no 9136905395, truly poor service. I recharged my data card for Rs. 499/= 3G data. Theres been one week but till today havent recevied acceptable speed. The net speed is around 80-100Kbps. I request MTS to either extend my data validity or refund my money which ever is feasable.

It's a bullshit company, frds and sisters don't use MTS products. That company development and growth is public money, it's a big level cheaters.

My new mts data activation after 2weeks. i complained to resolve speed issue but still don't solve the complaint for 2 month. replay the company message you are request is clear but i am getting net spea of only 0.5 kbps to 15kbps speed. i pay the lost bill amount rs.1214 and finally i thinkinking to deactivate my mts account. i'have send the deactivation request to MTS, the request numbers date {january 03 2015} no-4552601. After 2 days received a call from customer care i told my problems and to deactivate my account.

On february 4th i received bill of rs 1114, i called customer care she's ask me wewars (discount) request but no income customer care call on wewars (discount) detail, i am calling MTS customer center non-stop from 5 days and after 5 days there has been no response.

Next bill was generated on march 5th Rs2350, i call the customer care she's tell me sorry sir u don't have wewars (discount) options.my mts connection was deactivated on january but i still receive monthly bills. what can i do? im a poor boy. But i'm a good man so i ask all for mts data users kindly deactivate your connection. New network users don't buy this fraud bullshit company.

hi my name jarnail singh chawla the person name satyendra k saini and his Mobil no. is 7877301010. he come to my office to sale 3gplus daa card. he told me about mts WI-fi, so i agree with him and purchased that drive. He told me with in 2 our 3 days your data card will be activate. He took from me 1200 rupees for that card. The very next day i go to a Mobile shop and i saw same date card in 800Rs only, i was shocked. I called that person but he did not pick my phone. And the data card not is not active after 10 days. I complained to solve but my net speed not are good, so i decide to deactivate my mts account. This mts are fake company all are cheaters. So please close my account network. Users don't buy this fraud bullshit company. i am not to pay my an bill amount. bye.

Hi my name is dinesh kumar. An MTS fraud employ give me a wrong commitment, the person's name is dilep gupta 9667501646. He come to my shop to sell 3g plus data card he told me about mts wi-fi, so i agree with him and purchased that drive. My data card no is 8432621886. This person cheat with me to give me a wrong commitment. I called that person but he did not pick my phone. So i decided to deactivate my mts account.

I am highly unsatisfied with speed of MTS data card. I want to surrender my MTS data card. I am eligible to claim my refund so refund my amount as soon as possible. And this can not be resolve because in my area MTS doesn't have Tower.

I am your mts customer, my mts no. is 9152092992. I am truly unsatisfied with your bill system. I want to pay my bill of April(Rs.517) but I unable to pay because your bill collector agent (tahir) not taken my bill. He says your bill is 1217 & when I ask to customer care he says you have to pay only 517 rupees. And after the next day I talk to your customer care I shocked, when I listen, he say me your 700 rupees has return to your account. But, really I can't received that amount. Please take this matter seriously.

My MTS Mblaze WI FI no is. 8459645632. The internet connection is very dull and slow. Please speed up my internet connection with in one day. Data usages showing by your side extremely high. I want my data deduction history and my data back. If not possible please disconnect the my MTS Mblaze WIFI. I will surrender the device immediately and I never going to pay any amount. Dear Sir,

This is to submit that your customer care services is grossly mismanaged. I am residing at A-902, Panorma, Mahima Group, Jagatpura, Jaipur-302017. I have a Wi Fi connection number 1415113010. I hope the incidence that I am going to narrate to prove incompetence of MTS staff will not be removed on account of inappropriate and off topic.

There was a fire incidence on 14 April 2015 in A Block shaft, wherein all the cables got burnt. Therefore, my Wi Fi connection too got affected, as a disciplined citizen of India & giving the devil due. I put up my request to maintenance in charge , who informed that the MTS has been informed about the incidence. I waited for the connection to be restore in normal course. Ideally the MTS should have carried out the repairs proactively, so that MTS customers are not paralyzed in absence of internet connection. Anybody in the world would shock to know that my Wi Fi connection number 1415113010 has yet not been restored in spite of my lodging a complaint on 0141-5123456. Today the the customer care staff could not give me single reason as to why the complaint of Wi Fi not functional has yet not been rectified and kept me on hold the call began at 9.07 AM and cut by me at 9.37 AM.

I am facing the worst mobile service of my hole life.there is very cheep promotional call from company are coming almost 15 in a day.n i dont know how they activate almost of them even i dont pic a single cal from company.when i recharge my no. always they deduct my talktime ...n the answer frm company is sir u r doing this.i am shocked its happened twice with me

my MTS Mblaze ULTRA WI FI No.8459946932 speed is extremely poor and data usage you are showing is extremely high. I want my daily data deduction history for day and night separately for the month May, 2015 and if the same is not provided to me, the services may be stopped from 1st June, 2015.

sir, recently i have recharged my postpaid mts 3g+ by smart pack as i have ended my high speed data usage. when i yesterday checked my balance it was around 519 mb but when i recently checked it was 0mb. i have not used internet in the middle. then where did the balance go . my mts datacard no is 8459645450.

Hi i am Irudhayaraj from namakkal. Recently i have purchased mts 3g plus wifi from local dealer. Data speed is very very very worst. A person from dealer name anbu who is told me speed come 2 mbps definitely. But speed came only 60- 100 kbps. Many time i call him. He didn't respond my call. I have call to mts customer care also. They also didn't give the correct response. So please friends . Nobody dont choose mts network. This is a fraud network. My data card no is 8645813581.

Hi, recently i have paid my bill for mts on June 9 for INR 1822 and already i have cancelled my mts data connection. when cancelling one of your customer rep said that i will be receiving mail from mts that i have been cancelled the data card. but yet i haven't received any mail regarding mts cancellation. My data card number is 8925994116 and i paid the bill on online. So, kindly send the cancellation mail to the above mail id.

I have complained on 17 june 2015 regarding phone dead but no one come on the store to check and they close the complaint and said complaint is resolved. Again i complained for the same thing and again they said your problem will be resolved in 16 working hrs and again no one comes to check what is the problem. Now i contact with the customer care they said your complain is resolved.Very poor service provides by mts. The complaint was made on 0141-5199993

Very Very bad connectivity,very very poor speed problem and unfair data deduction by the MTS company without much usage and without any reason.

Hi,I have purchased a new MTS MBLAZE 3G PLUS ULTRA WI-FI modem on middle of May of 2015.My MTS No is8926720762 and my data usage unlimited plan i.e 7GB night and & 7GB day is for RS.800 almost including taxes.From May of 2015 to till date,I am facing a huge number of poor speed problems regularly and also the MTS company frequently deducting my data in huge number without much usage.Already i have launched several complains and frequently making call to the customer care daily.But no proper solution i have received from the company till date.During this last 2 weeks the speed problem of my connection is very very poor, 15 to 25kbps,also it becomes 0bytes frequently.During this period i have only access FB for very very small times,watch online videos for almost 30mins in total and download only 3 to 4 softwares which are of very low mb,But the MTS company have reduced my both day and night data by almost 8GB to 9GB in total.All fake promises are being given my this MTS company.

The MTS company have fully cheated me and are still cheating it's own huge number of customer regularly.
It's a bullshit company.I will disconnect my MTS connection very soon,if the company doesn't give me my data back that they have deducted from my data plan for without any usage and without any reason,within 2 days.

For the last and the final time i am warning the company,please stop cheating me and give me proper solution and also my unused data back,otherwise i will discontinue my connection very soon.In-addition i will go to consumer forum and whistle-blower too, will continue to spread awarness among the people about this fake and cheating company MTS.

I am truly unsatisfied with your bill system. my bill last date was 3/6/2015,but i had paid my bill 2/6/2015 at m.r. stationers sanjay place agra .i am complaint to customercare and my complaint no.june/1077 but next month i received my bill with late charge. i call to customercare and i tell him everything he says that its mts mistake and i paid only 605 rs than i received a new massage that your mts bill of rs95 towards. now i am confuse. Please take this matter seriously.

My MTS Mblaze ultra Wifi No is -9143366654. My previous balance was 8105 MB and valid till 08-JUL-2015 23:59. But when i did my monthly recharge Rs. 248 my Total balance showing 994.00 MB. on that time i call up your customer senior executive Mr Bikram Singha from Delhi he told me that my validity was 7th July 2015. But several time i told him that my system showing it valid 8th July 2015. please do the needful as soon as possible. either i will close up my connectivity and taking further action. I am completely disappointed with MTS customer care.I had taken 999 plan earlier and then degraded to 599 and now planning to discontinue service.

1) Customer care people use to disconnect the call if you are talking about serious issues you are facing and pretend like your voice is breaking and will disconnect. It happens several times with me and our mobile bill will be wasted.
2) Customer care people's statements varies from one customer care executive to another customer care executive.
3) I have raised a request number 9073280. Because I had to pay 100 rs extra overdue amount which actually I had paid in time and I had shared bill number as well.

They told that this time you pay total amount including this overdue amount and that 100 rs will be deducted from next month bill. But when next month I called them, they told different that I haven't completed 3 months and so I this can't be deducted. Whereas I am going to pay 4th month bill.

Really very bad service and slow speed as well.
