Ax5 DUO set has been purchased by me on 10 Sep 13. 2x problems has been occured in this set are as under :- (1) Operating sys softwere has been failured and (2) battery getting discharged within half hrs. Hence, I submitted this problem in service centre baroda for above problems. After investigation of technician his responces are as under :- for first problem " Operating sys softwere installation facility is not available at my service centre. So try in local market. Thereafter i told him to send this mobile to company for repair. Then he reply me to throw it and buy a new mobile. For next problem he told me battery is not available at this centre. Then operating sys has been installed by me through local agency. But battery is not available in other agency. kindly guide me how can i obtain the battery of this models mobilevand what is the cost. Hence, it is requested that kindly suggest me what I can do for the above?

As shown by company above mentioned mobile is worst in its battery, torch, charging, and software. when i start cdma every time it send msg for 10 minutes, i think company should stop producing this mobile its torch is worst gives lesser light than its display.

I have buy maxx mobile AX5i phone on 8-3-2015 model was perfect but in 15 Days it started having problems in opreting system and touch i go to the max service center to repair it but they r reply me from 2 monthes that they cannt repair this phone. They did not correctly answer me and trying to make fool of me.

I have Maxx MX 245e mobile. I want the security password for it because it is not working.
