I am a account holder of 4 banks, BOI is one of them. I dont know why a customer is unable to connect to helpline. They keep me waiting for more than a hour which is a very bad experience. Really shame on the service provided by the bank.

I am trying to register for net banking online on bankofindia.co.in. Very bad experience always show error and help line no. never come on call always canceled call when transfer to helpline officer.

I am unable to transfer money from my account, its giving some error.

Good Morning. I have received my password and managed to change it this morning. I've logged out and logged back in and I am unable to sign in again. Says incorrect.

I have written the password down and entered it twice so it can't be wrong.

I had tried many times to log in but couldn't as it kept showing error. Tried new password, then even after asking for OTP, I couldn't. Poor response from your customer care people made it even worse. Wasting our precious time in getting a simple job of updating new TRAI rules.
