I bought some plywood and block board for some wood work in my house. But the quality of the plywood is not up to the mark. i want to get it replaced but the hardware store is refusing to take it back. Plz help.

I wanted to purchase Century Win MR plywood of 18mm plywood and same has been showed me in the shop.

While taking delivery they have given Sainik plywood. When we asked them the why he has giving the Sainik plywood the shop owner is misguiding us that Win MR is now coming with the name of Sainik Plywood and the quality is very cheap compared to the WIN MR plywood which they showed us. SO could you please clarify us in this. As it is spoiling the name of Century plywood.

i join sub dealership of centure ply some time ago. our dealer is m/s r.d. timber store in panipat area. this party is not behave well to any one.i place a order to mr. happy gulati (area sales manager). he fails to provide me order even in 20 days and my customer cancel the order. after 20 days to place order r. d timber send me material out of my order. when i send back the wrong material he refuse to take back. so please look into the mater and give me solution. this dealer is a cheapt quality person.

This is Inform to you that I had purchased more then 100 century ply board with 20 years warranty for Shanti Madan Hospital. it has not been one year also from the date of purchase and the plywood has swollen due to moisture. I had inform the dealer as well as mode on online complaint didn’t receive any satisfactory reply. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest as this can lead to bigger problem in the future.

I will purchase Sainik 710 ply 19 mm 11 board but 2 board quality is not good.
