Under the warranty of the product. Usha company is to be charged for changing the part of an internal side of the product. So company warranty policy is worst. Next time I will not purchase any product from the Usha international company.

I had sent my induction to Usha service for repairing some parts. But i am not getting any response yet.

I bought induction on 26/10/2019. problem observed on same day. i complaint at customer care no. but the complaint not resolved. i am not happy with ur service. they changed IC without informing me. after change IC problem not resolved till date. they have very bad service and technicians. the always tell lie after complaint. please change your service man. very bad service . please refund my money or give me new piece. other wise i go to consumer court.

Sir/s,
I have purchased two USHA CEILING FANS RICH WHITE 1200 MM SUPRA from BESTPRICE Jalandhar Byepass, Ludhiana vide invoice no. 4717031210005597 dated 12-4-2021. The EMPLOYEES of Bestprice assured that two ceiling fans are free from all types of defects and further asked that these fans are under warranty for two years from the date of purchase and further asked that if any defect will be occurred then our company will replace the FANS immediately.

The said two USHA CEILING FANS RICH WHITE 1200 MM SUPRA are having perennial manufacturing defect in Model SUPRA as defect in MOTORS OF FANS. I have lodged two complaints at USHACARE 1800-1033-111 VIDE no. CC2106194051 and CC2106194032 both dated 19-6-2021 regarding perennial manufacturing defect in MODEL SUPRA as defect in MOTORS OF FANS which can neither cure nor repaired nor removed. So both fans are required to be replaced by your Company.

On 20-4-2021, I went to BESTPRICE Jalandhar Byepass, Ludhiana for replacement both fans having perennial manufacturing defect in Model SUPRA as defect in MOTORS OF FANS but the employees of BESTPRICE Jalandhar Byepass, Ludhiana have flately refused to replace the same.

Neither BESTPRICE Jalandhar Byepass, Ludhiana nor USHA INTERNATIONAL have ready to give warranty. They have flately refused to give wararanty deliberately, intentionally, willfully and purposely.

On 2-7-2021 at 5:00PM, UNITED SERVICE PLAZA of Usha International issued two tickets for replacement of two ceiling fans. On the same day at 5:30PM, I went to BESTPRICE Jalandhar Byepass, Ludhiana in order to replace tow fans. The employees of Best Price have flately rudely speaking with me. The employees of Best Price have flately refused to replace or return or refund cost fans. The employees of Best Price have now openly asked that there is no warranty on these product.

In this manner, all you in active connivance with each other have taken me for a ride, caused me unbearable mental agony, hardship, deprivation, harassment, humiliation & as all sincere efforts have, I have proved futile & have rather indulged in unfair trade practice.

It is, therefore, requested that two USHA CEILING FANS RICH WHITE 1200MM SUPRA having perennial manufacturing defect in Model SUPRA as defect in MOTORS OF FANS with brand new two USHA CEILING FANS RICH WHITE 1200MM SUPRA may kindly be replaced immediately.

Fault of induction cook top Usha IC 3616. Arrange to repair of my product immediately.

Have I made any mistake by trusting Usha International Company? If I buy any product of Usha International Company, then I get assurance of good service, but when the product is deficient, the customer calls about the timing and Service But no satisfactory answer is given in the service. I had complained about the start of induction, which was told that your induction stove will be fixed in 48 hours. Mr. Yuvraj Singh and mobile number 824 273 9287 were given to me by Message The mobile number on which I spoke to Mr. Yuvraj Singh, I got an evasive answer from his side, which made me very dissatisfied and Usha International The faith I have on the company seems to be slowly coming to an end. Yuvraj Singh ji says that there is no time now, when it will happen, will it Come Will usha international company help me.

Iron is not working and its only been five months since purchased it.

Just simply say Your fake company. And i will take it to very far will go surly to judiciary help. No customer support, no service, thats really not good usha such a old company in indian market doing terrible customer support and products.

Don't go for this..within one week my cooler has got twice issues ..fan blades broke into pieces and water was leaking..even after this they refused to replace my product..it's worst company.

This is the first and last time i am purchasing any of the usha product.

i have purchased usha mixer grinder speed master and its just 4-5 month it stopped working i have registered complaint also they have given service centre no i called them not reachable then they have given technician no same not reachable.

this is two messages received long back no other response.

Dear USHA Customer, your complaint no IC2309147992 is assigned to Mr Mohammad Tuakir, 9971690308 , he will call shortly to fix up time with you. Please see the identity card of the technician to check the name informed earlier. Any Service/Spares charges to be paid to assigned engineer only against receipt. Company is not liable in any manner for any payments made to unauthorised persons.

No response from any of the service centre and no engineer visited no update from last 10 days.

This was really not expected from such a brand like usha earlier i was using really very low brand mixer and i was so well since last 5 years not even a single problem and a brand product is so pathetic and service is even worst.

I recently purchased a mixer grinder but unfortunately, it's not working as expected. The motor doesn't seem to run, and the blades aren't moving. I've tried different power outlets, but the issue remains. Please help in resolving this issue or provide a replacement.
