Power failure
On 4-7-2019 Power supply stopped at 3-00 p.m. in our building. To inform this, to know the reason and to know at what time power will resume, I tried to contact your toll free No.1-800-209-5161 from my land line 25252448 for at least 20/25 times but I got reply 1 daba 2 daba. But no any positive answer. I request the co. to provide a direct Tel. No. with a person who can respond properly so that we will be able to get the proper answer. But the no. provided is useless and such a big Co. should not think such arrangement is uneconomical in the interest of consumer.

Meter reading issue
Metter reading issue since June month in TPNODL Balasore division. Complain registered in June 2022. Since then my issue is not resolved yet. From july onwards not getting monthly bill at all.
2 month very bad experience
Very bad experience, we have apply 3 time new connection and 1 time meter shifting and also 1 time old bill some address updating but all time all request has been cancelled . My all document has been correct, yay low quality company hai lasts hai employee ko free salary DETI hai, customer ko koi bi response nahi deti, action require for long time awaiting.

Dear Sir You have stopped sending bills to the doorstep whereas other service providers continue to arrange delivery of the bills. I am just paying the bills online. You should arrange to send the bills in the Mail itself Iam paying the bill whatever amount pops up in the system. The customers must have the bill in hand before making payment.....Please arrange to do the needful ASAP/
