Bad experience in purchase of Springwel Mattress
Dear Madam/ Sir,
Greetings for the day !!
Let me introduce myself as one of the proud customer of Springwel Mattress!! We have recently purchased one king size mattress from Springwel Showroom based out of Sector 104, Noida. However the size of the mattress is not appropriate even it was measured by the employee of the showroom.
Despite that it was told to us that please make 100% payment and we will change the mattress as we are company operated showroom, we agree to that and made 100% payment.
After that Mr. Ambuj Kumar Kharee of the Showroom is neither answering my phone calls not responding. This is height of non-professionalism and bad business practice.

Delivery schedule not adhered to

I wish to provide Feedback re:
My unpleasant experience concerning your Delivery Schedule. I had booked an Infinity Spring Mattress on 18/08/2019 at the Cidco Exhibition in Vashi, Mumbai. My Order No. 1356. Invoice No. SI/210/19/01226. Invoice Date: 27/09/19
As I was not going to be in Town for 10 days, I informed your Representative Mr. Sujay Bole that I will call him as soon as I return.
Consequently, your Representative Mr. Vipin Singh, visited my Residence on 06/09/2019 and I paid him the full amount of the mattress .
He promised me in writing that the Delivery will be done on 14th Sep 2019. However on 14th, he told me that it would take 2 more days. Since I would be going out of India on 18th, inst. I insisted that it be delivered by 17th. But I again got a call saying that delivery is not possible that day.
I returned on 25th inst and informed your Representative Mr. Nitin, who promised to speak to your Warehouse and deliver it. But I again got a call that it would be delivered next day.
If you think that my problems were over, it was not. While the mattress was delivered, the Cover that I had specifically said should be Grey (and mentioned in your Order), a white Cover was sent, which I refused to accept. They said it will be sent the next day.
I wish to lodge a strong protest about the inconvenience that I have been subjected to. I shall appreciate if you send me 2 pillows as compensation, else I will be forced to air my grievances on Social Platforms.
