Irresponsible behaviour
This is Ramesh palan. Here we are highly fed up of the kind of responsibility taken and the service given to us by your side. After booking the trip and doing full payment ur executives have no courtesy to send us the bill, inform us if the payment has been reached or not. They are doing thigs according to their wims and fancies. They are not reverting to us back even if v call them to ask or inform something. Before just one day it is to our trip they have not shared any driver details with us and or not calling us back. Please take action about this.
Non receipt of LTC certificate

I had sent this letter to the customer care asking for LTC certificate from ‘HARIDWAR’ TO BADRINATH AND RETURN, from 20/05/2018 TO 30/05/2018. some one has called and obtained all the details and assured certificate within 10-12 days, but so far no action . can i expect fast action in this regard.

I had undertaken Chardham Yatra from S.O.T.C. Ex-Delhi from 20/05/2018 to 30/05/2018, I being a Central Govt.Officer, I had informed while booking , that I will be availing LTC to Badrinath, as in Central Govt. LTC will be given to the farthest place irrespective of the other places you visit,, hence I have taken LTC to Badrinath, and while booking it was told to me that a certificate of Completion of Tour by ‘CAR’, will be issued after ten days of completion to enable me to submit my LTC bills.
Hence as I completed the tour, you are requested to issue a certificate, saying that I have travelled from ‘HARIDWAR’ TO BADRINATH AND RETURN, from 20/05/2018 TO 30/05/2018. An early action in this regard is solicited please.

Mal Practice of ExecutiveMalek Zahiruddin & Sudhadevi parapurath
I write to inform you that on 18th October 2018 I have done the ONLINE booking for RANN UTSAV with the help of your online executive Ms Malek Zahiruddin and have made the initial payment of Rs. 5000 on 18th October and remaining full payment of Rs 54472 on 20th October so total Rs. 59472.
After receiving the full payment Ms Malek Zahiruddin has stopped responding to my several calls and after almost one week I got a call from Sudhadevi parapurath and she told me that RANN UTSAV bookings are not confirmed and I have to wait till 2nd November post which on 3rd November she told me there is no AC cottage available so she offered me Non AC cottage to booked which I refused to take and requested her to process for refunds urgently and she promised me that I will get the full refunds in 3-4 working days and afterwards she has also stopped responding my calls and yesterday on 15th November she messaged me that she has left SOTC and she is not responsible now and she has blocked my number so I am unable to contact her now anymore.
I feel cheated request please help me get the solution on priority basis.

Tour booking GS19002453 // EUR434280519- Paid Rs. 2 Lakh online
I had made booking from Pritam Pura Referance No.: GS19002453 // EUR434280519 for tour on May 28, 2019. Receiving no update and feedback. Talked to Mr Manish Kanwar (011- 66457750 and was directed to contact Mr Ashim Bhist (M: 9899676421).
I am not getting response in respect of tour and I had paid about one month ago. I talked of grievence Matrix and no details from Mr Ashim Bhist. He gave his boss number (Praveen Kumar- 9953444261-Dy Mgr) & I get music and no response. Pl respond & if tour is not going than at least inform & refund the amount taken.
Poor service
I recently became Victim of SOTC, i booked through online, i was forced to pay the money by saying last day for offers. i paid finally....after payment no proper response from sotc. i am asking bill/invoice for my payment which they are not able to provide last 40 days. I really do not know what to do.....may approach consumer court for justice.
