Exchange issue
I have bought a shirt unfortunately a wrong size so thought of exchange it. We did shopping and ask for exchange at billing counter. He said I have to get the credit note from customer care team. I went there and ask them to give me credit note so thay I can do exchange, he said its already 9:30 and he logged out from system, he only can do tomorrow. I asked him to give me manual receipt for the sake of his reference and tomorrow he can feed the values in their system.
He said not possible you can come tomorrow, I asked him for help as I stayed far and not be able to come again n again, but he was lyk sorry.
#Bad experience. Really disappointed with this experience.
Being at customer facing they don't value customer. @reliancetrendz please ask your CC team to value their customer and their time especially when they are req you to help them in such scenarios.
Regarding refund
Very bad product n service. I am being harassed from one month, neither they are refunding my amount nor receiving calls and emails. itna kharab shopping site koi bhi ni h ek baar shopping krke pachtawa ho rha h.
Item returned but credit not refunded
I had ordered 4 kurtas and they are all of wrong sizes. The sizes were larger and the label on the kurta is wrong the size are not matching the labels. Product size is too large than normal and they always send wrong size. So I had returned it on 20th September 2018 but I didn't get the refund amount in store on credit. The return order id is 00482258.
Send my refund amount as soon as possible.
Delivery of gift items on puja shopping
I have purchased trousers etc from Reliance Trend valued Rs.4395/ on 27/09/2018. On payment of the bill/ invoice the person attending the counter asked me to collect a gift that have been allotted to me for shopping that amount. Unfortunately attending person of next counter handed over me a deferred gift note instead of offering a gift requesting me to collect the same from 15th to 21st. october, 2018.
My questions, in this regard , are..
1)why I have to waste time to step into Reliance Trend without having any purpose of shopping, for collection of a mere gift ( ? ).
2) I have not requested Reliance Trend for any gift.
3) If they could not provide gift they should add clause " still stock lasts".
4) Reliance Trend can't bind/ instruct/ request a customer to provide a gift /facilities on a deferred date and according to their whims.
5) It's very annoying, as if I am begging.
6) Perhaps it's well aware to Reliance Trend that a satisfied customers are the ambassador of the organisation and spread positive message.
7) On the other hand disgruntled and annoyed customers are the silent killer of the reputation of the organisation.
Finally, I shall visit any of your store for shopping so long the quality and price remain acceptable,but not to collect that gift as I have completed the transaction and there is no obligation on my part. It's your duty to keep the customer happy.

Poor service
Using your reliance trends refund credit points purchased a kurti palazzo set for 1299 rest my money. I haven't received the product and your D delivery service has status, customer dint have money customer cancelled the product. I have camera recording no delivery agent came to my place. why this fake statement against me .how much I complaint to your customer service no change has been made. I want my credit points or my money back. can't be running around my money of 1299 for past 3 months.
Exchange issue
I had purchased shirts and dresses at reliance trends showroom in kangeyam Tiruppur road dated sep26, I purchased around 7000rs and two days before I had found that the RFID tag has not been removed in one shirt, as I want to use that shirt today for dewali festival and I went to kangeyam trends showroom and I approched the shop members about that problem but my problem has not been solved they still make me stand along with my pregnant wife and half of the day has been gone in the shop it self I spoke to mr.haripresad SM of the store more then 3 to 4 times in phone also as he is not in the store.
The only thing iam asking is
1. After billing the tag has not been removed. is our mistake?
2. While stepping outside from the shop the scanner beep has not been alarmed. is our mistake?
And again we approaching for this yours staffs make us stand around 2hours and at last they got my id proof and an letter from me for that one shirt for that tag removing..
Is that you treat your customer like this..
We really upset on this on festival time..

Display 50% of on marchandise but not get
Dear Team,
I had purchased some garments at your Bamunimaidam Store (Guwahati, Assam) where I have purchased some Items but in one Item there was a display of 50% of on that item, I picked that one but at the time of billing I didn't getting any discount and full MRP has been billed . I argued with your staff regarding discount display and before picked that item I had confirmed from you staff whether discount is applicable or not that time they said me yes there is a discount but at the time of bill I was denied and also my money was not refund they give me a slip of Rs.1399 /- and that slip I can use for next shopping at Reliance Trends.
I my concern is why your store displaying such a discount board on that Item where Discount is not there. My money is unnecessarily blocked till next shopping . Is this not harassment ? I need proper answer for that . Why your store fooled customer?

The behavior of manager is worst

I think he is the manger of this branch but he dont know how to behave with the customer, the way he talk to the people is worst, when customer ask for anything he talks rudely worst and worst no other word. I didn't expected this kind of behavior from a manager.
He has billed wrong product and money when the customer ask for it he tells the stories and put blame on the customer he makes the mistake and puts it on customer and takes extra money for it. We our family decide not to visit trends any more and we also suggest our family members not to visit. And our relatives and friends opinion is also same the way he look at the lady customer and the way he talk is very bad and not acceptable dont hire these people as manager he is not at all suits to that position he acts like commander with the village customer
I request you people to take action on this immediately when we have more option for other store why we go to the shop who behave like this and this is not my opinion when i visited the store other customer opinion also.
Please take any actions immediately.

Behavior of your staff
He is the security guard of jagital branch of telangana state but he dont know how to behave with the customer, the way he talk to the people is worst. when customer ask for anything he talks rudely worst and worst no other word. I didn't expected this kind of behavior from a security and staff of Jagital branch of telangana.
Here parking is big problem, and no one is response for customer need for parking when we ask them they telling ask ambani.. customer ask for it he tells complaint to Ambani. We our family decide not to visit trends any more and we also suggest our family members not to visit. And our relatives and friends opinion is also same the way he look at the lady customer and the way he talk is very bad and not acceptable dont hire these people as staff he is not at all suits to that position he acts like commander with the village customer
