I have recharged jio phone mobile no. [protected] on 2/03/2018 by my paytm a/c transaction id [protected] but not activated thatswhy i was dialed on customer service no. I. E 199 on jio phone at 9.04pm and i was waited round about more than 60 min from todays. Only music song playing no customer service responced. I was suffered ear pain, headache, hypertension, mental stress.

I think how many customer are suffering from this bad service, i hope company will provide good service to customer and solve my recharge problem.

Dear Sir,

I purchased above TV on 10-6-2018 with 2 year extra warranty payment from Reliance Retail, Sarvodaya Mall, Kalyan (W) 421301. The moment TV was installed, within one hour it started malfunctioning. Complaint was made. TV was not replaced. Chromecast not working with this TV. Since last three months, we are complaining. Your technicians have visited more 10 times. However, there is no co-ordination between Sales Dept. and Technical Team. Mr Rajesh Kadam, head of technical team is refusing to replace TV and is demanding TV malfunctioning videos, which we have complied.

You will appreciate that we have been supplied defected TV and are being harassed by your Sales and Technical Team. This type of treatment to customer is not conducive, to reputation and name of Reliance.

In view of above, I would request you to kindly replace this TV or give me a choice to buy different brand TV in lieu of this. I am ready to give price difference.

Resp.sir,

I hv purchased Cant RO from reliancedigita shop at Alfa Moll, Vastrapur,Ahmedabad& taken Extra warranty for further 4yrs.

My RO is sounds like a pump set when we complain they don't response after complain a person name Hardik came. they did direct connection in cant overflow and water spill over inside kitchens till that day 20days has left no nobody has come see our problem. After complain person came afer 10 to 15days, if they came they return back without solving our problem.

I therefor request u to kindly solve my problem or cancel contect and return my amount back so that I contact local person for repair, B'cause ur person is telling if other person repairs RO we will not give service.

I have purchased a Sansui LED from Reliance Digital, Sec-4, Vaishali, Mahagun Metro Mall, Ghaziabad-201010 with 3 years warranty but later on some issues with the panel came & i have raise the complaint to Reliance digital & authorized center, they have also taken Rs. 954/- as visiting charges on 28-7-2018 inv. no GHA-180196 but nothing had happen till date. I am continuously following with Area Manager & all concerned persons but always same response that part is not available. No one is ready to take the initiative to resolve the issue. Now they have stooped taking phone calls as well. I will never suggest to buy any product from reliance digital store.

The top most worst service I have faced in my life with Reliance digital.

We should ban this company I believe.

I have been chasing them since 5 month on the problem fix for failure refrigerator however they have never bothered about my problem. I am fed up with RIL.

I have purchased oven from reliance digital ranip ahmedabad on last saturday 15 December 2018 on emi basis paid is installment and also taken extended warranty,but still today 23 December 2018 I have not got delivery of it, and the they r telling it's not available in stock,In go down,and it still takes few days.

How bad the company is doing, May be owners r still in marriage mood.

I have ordered fridge (SAMSUNG RT34R5538DU) and Washing Machine (SAM WA11J575)on 23rd April 2019 from Hyderabad to Kurnool district.

Till now (5th May) didn't receive any of my products. I have escalated to Cshead.Reliancedigital @Ril.Com and following up with reliance digital show room. No one giving proper response. Worst service I had experienced.

I have billed the AC on 12th may 2019 and the installation happened on 17th may 2019. Two small people came for the installation and after fixing they were not able to ONN the AC. They were not able to give a solution and on the next day another technician came and he told that the wiring were given wrong.The technician has rectified and switched ON and it was running that time. That night when we switch ONN the AC it worked for only half an hour and the unit was showing an error called PC04. Next day I have called up the showroom and given a complaint and after 2 days the technician came and he told that he is not aware of the error. It took 10 days for the technician to understand the cause of the error and still he was not able to solve the issue. 5 days back an expert from Reconnect came to my house and told that due to power problem the PCB board has to be changed.

Now pls tell me who has done the mistake.the person who has installed first has done the mistake or I have done the mistake by purchasing the unit without knowing that reliance has such a poor Service Team.

Also tell me whether I have purchased a brand unit or a second hand unit.if I have bought a brand unit why I have to allow a technician to service my unit without using it for a single day. If the management is not able to give a solution then pls remove the AC from house please remove it and keep it as a gift on behalf of mine for reliance.

We called customer care several times to replace a filter in the HUL purifier , every time they say they will send in 2 days and closing the request without resolving. Just today also i mailed to cshead.reliancedigital @ril.com, Very poor service. We have a cover of 3 years for purifier maintenance.

Reliance means trust ! but we are loosing it on your company.

I bought a Sharp LED from Reliance retail store Phoenix Mall Pune on 03/06/2018, but now my Sharp LED is not working. I request you to change this to a new one. Appropriately, I will go to the consumer court. because this is in warranty.

I have also complained to Reliance Retail Stores Phoenix Mall Pune and Sharp Customer Care two or three times. see below down in detail.

Extremely waste, highly useless reliance service Team @ R R Nagar or Nagarabavi Reliance digital branch, Bangalore.

Why I mentioned is that, I purchased Haier glass finish refrigerator on March 2019, It stopped working due to compressor issue which they cont able to rectify immediately,

since july 2019(not even a 4 month from Date of purchase) I am raising a request or complaint against this issue, but still til now October 2019, still the refrigerator is not yet repaired, If doubt cal me@ 9964213378, I Wil watsup u a detailed unrepaired refrigerator.

I suggest based on my suffer, please don't purchase Any products from reliance, very very irresponsible service team they have.

Hello sir (Reliance digital), on date 08/09/2019 I was purchase LG 55 inch PTE plack 6360 (2018) model after purchasing TV till first day TV was blinking many time in a day we change all cable connection instruments ( setop box, HDMI cable,check cable signal) still TV is blinking. After some days we complaint in LG care , care provide technician they open new TV check all socket after at all they can't solve problem and they said reliance sell faulty TV . we buy TV on price 49500 and service manager (reliance digital Kolhapur) ready to change TV next model LG 7300 55inch 4k TV on price 69000. The due of 19000 we are not ready to paid this due.In this case we are totally clear as consumer. Seller sell TV without checking due to this issue we got faulty piece. If Reliance not replace TV then I will go in consumer forum .then plz I request to head of reliance plz cooperate us and replace TV for piece to piece.

29th Oct 2019: Billing done for LG washing Machine @InOrbit Mall,
31st Oct 2019 : No delivery
1st Nov 2019 : No Delivery. Upon querying , found delivery is expected on 3rd Nov 2019.

This is Insane. I bought that product to gift someone on Aniv with 1 day buffer in my hand, but all went on Vain as no delivery even after 3 days of billing. In bill its mentioned as delivery on 30th Oct ( Next day Delivery). It would have better If i opt for a local showroom rathan than Reliance Digital. All waste.

I have purchased Reconnect TV from Reliance digital Raipur and pay for 2year extended warranty also.
Last 45 days onwards the TV is malfunctioning, complaint to resq team the concern engineer Mr Durgesh called me and told the service charge will be Rs300/-, without the awareness of resqplan.

I called him on sunday,he told it is not possible to attend on Sundays,then one day evening he came with his manager Mr Rahul and confirmed that Panel is faulty and will be replaced soon. But till now nobody turned up and Mr Rahul and the MP/CG state uncharged told me that the company stopped manufacturing the product and they will give around 8000/- as compensation.

Why should I take this much less compensation? This is the lookout of the Reconnect company to provide spares/replace the TV or give me a chance to buy a new one.

Plenty of mail sent to reliancedigital @ril.com, customersupport @resq.in, cshead.resq.in All went vain. This type of treatment to customers will spoil the reputation of the Reliance group. Worst service of Chhattisgath RESQ team,not responding to customers.

Totally loss of money, energy,waste of time. Anybody please advise where to complaint.

Dear sir I am one of the customer reliance digital We had purchased Samsung 32 led TV asansol galaxy mall reliance digital on 13/10/2017. which was purchased from Reliance Digital with an extended warranty of 3 years. The service team takes one days to attend the service at home. After verifying they confirmed some part needs to be replaced, after that almost every day I need to call myself to get the status of the product and its been almost more than a month and so far never fixed it and saying the part is ordered and yet to reach.No service was provided from your store since then. I requested for service complaint on the toll free number printed on the bill on 14/10/2019. But till now nun of your technician has come for service.. So please process my request as soon as possible otherwise I will take some serious action against it.Thank you

I have bought Aqua guard UV+RO at Gachibowli Reliance Digital. Took RESQ plan for 3 years during the purchase. From the last couple of years the service is very bad and even continuing worse. There is no proper resolution from the servicing center. Every time when I raise the request they will take min 1 week to 10 days to resolve it.

Recently I have raised a request on NOV 30th 2019, when the RO is completely under non functioning. The technician visited after 2 days and confirmed that the board need to be replaced. And after Dec 2nd 2019 there is no update nothing from the service center. I have called almost 10 to 15 times within 10 days for the update. They always used to give the same reply that the part is available now and the technician will visit today. Even yesterday(Dec 16th) I have got the same reply. But there is no update and no one visited or tried to contact.

And today the Manger Mr. Lalith Kiran was saying that the available part is having different dimensions and so it will take another 3 days to resolve this. These customer executive guys and the manager are not at all taking this as concern to resolve this at the earliest. Top of it, the worst part is am getting calls from Reliance to Renew my RESQ plan. Which is very funny even after looking at their service. How can I trust again? Will I buy any other product from Reliance digital again?

Just i read bad experiences faced by the people above, but I will pass good experience in RD, Laxmipuri kolhapur. I lost my one plus 5t on 7th Jan 2020, purchased from amazon in 2017. It was having 2 cards one idea and another JIo. As the incidence was in the evening, I visited the shops in rajarampuri for blocking the cards, but due to my bad luck some shops were closed and some were opened but having no server connectivity to block the card. Hence I visited reliance digital laxmipuri at 8.30pm, but to my surprise the staff,one of the name is Mr.Amit offered me good service for blocking jio as well as idea card. But also gave me good information for blocking other information on the mobile. Mr. Pratik who is attending one plus counter, is really good salesman. Last 7 days, i troubled by calling him/also at the counter for one plus 7t information.,but without getting bored he satisfied me in all respect ,about the mobiles features and how it is safe in purchasing in RD. I also convinced and I purchased One plus 7t IN RD instead purchasing from AMAZON, on 26th Jan 2020. The young employees at this RD is really a asset for increasing the company business. Please promote Mr Pratik and amit to serve at national level.

I have purchased new aquagard water purifier genus on 28.09.2019 from reliance digital retail, hyderabad along with extended warranty i. E. Resq care plan for 28.09.2020 to 27.09.2024 & installed by reliance technician, but within 2 months in dec.19 there is water leakage started, so raised the complaint and after frequently follow up, it resolved. Again on 02.02.20 water purifier stopped functioning, so, again raised the complaint and started follow ups. On 04.02.20 technician assured to come, so, again i have followed up, but he didn't come, next day 05.2.20 again i followed up, again he assured to come, but waited for long, i frequently tried to contact for follow up, but phone not picked up and later on switched off the phone. On 06.02.20 failed to contact, i called on toll free no. For 2-3 times along with regular mails either replace the defected item or refund my entire amount along with extended warranty amount, at last on pursual, they connected to service center manager who assured to look into the matter. I also met manager crm, from where i have purchased the item, he also responded very well & positively. Then, at last technicians have turned up, but unable to resolve the problem and after assurance of manager crm & service manager i allowed them to take the item without official job sheet or taking over the item.

But it is a great concern that still no solution after regular follow ups at my end. So, once again i submit either to replace the defected item with entire new piece or refund my entire amount as mentioned earlier immediately.

Hi, have purchased a new nokia 7.2 mobile online from reliance digital on 27th and they delivered an empty box and just after the day of delivery Locked online my account. From last one month they are making me wait and treating me like a soccer ball for my money.They are just giving fake assure of backend investigation, call backs and asking me for more time after each 2 days after keeping me on hold for 2 3 4 hours with their customer care executive.
