Recently i bought a PORTRONICS TOAD 25 WIRELESS OPTIMAL MOUSE in the flatform of Flipkart.I thought this company was good for electronics but i was wrong. After using 20 days this mouse was not working properly. then i approach Flipkart customer care, i share my problem with them,they told me to visit help @portronics.com website claim your warranty. I visit that website ,in that warranty tab they don't add my mouse model in that warranty tab. but my mouse have 1 year warranty. I lost my trust on your company. This is fraud .

My portronice no sound in speaker and not available service centre in bhagalpur .
