I had booked room in Oyo 61439, hotel lazeeno, they denied me check in, they told me they have cancelled the agreement with Oyo, I have prepaid the amount of rs. 588, so immediately I cancelled my booking, I got a massage that it's a non refundable booking, my registered mobile number is 8471054244, so please refund my money, Regards Rajendra pahuja
Worst management
I am from Tamilnadu, India. I had booked a OYO room for pligrimage and requested for an early check-in at 5 AM. Even the booking executive mentioned that he had raised the request and also mentioned we had a 2yrs old child and ladies are accompanying us. The hotel had accepted the request and you will be asked to pay an extra charges for the early check-in, we also agreed and cross checked with the executives that the early check-in request is made. Now, when we reach the hotel at 5, the receptionist says that no rooms are available right now, OYO did not inform us about the early check-in, the rooms will be available only by then. There is no any alternative available to us. we are in street standing. No other rooms also available in the other hotels to book an alternative.
I want refund
mere 1054/ rupaye lene ke bad rooms nahi diya gaya mera oyo se refund nahi mil raha hai.
Denied check in after I paid, want refund
Hi,
I booked a room on oyo flagship at anna nagar chennai. I chose a room and I paid for it by upi. After arriving that place , as soon as i told him i booked a room via oyo the receptionist didn't even break a sweat to let us know that they don't care about our booking on oyo and told " we don't have any rooms" and ask oyo for refund. I cancelled it on the app and whatsapp bot of oyo and asked for refund. Not yet received anything. Later got checkout message from oyo!
Refund for not accepting my check-in in the prebooked hotel
I had prebooked in "Collection O 1127 Hotel Metro INN" Ahmedabad, and made payment of Rs 8430/- for two rooms to accommodate 4 guests from 28/05/2023 till 31/05/2023 vide Booking ID no-NH26063263943152, vide Reference PNR- 0102297566. But due to flight delay we reached the said hotel late in the night. The hotel attendant denied our check-in on the plea that there was no vacant room for us. From there when we talked to attendee of OYO, the respondent finally agreed to refund my money. But no action towards refund has been initiated till date. Please help.
