Mobile phone not delivered
Dear Sir, I ordered samsung galaxy core 2 on 16/10/2014 but i haven't received it yet. When i called and talked to customer care, thy say it has been delivered wrongly to a Noida address although my address is in faridabad which is in Haryana. They are not giving more detail they just keep on saying call after 2 days. It has been 14 days now, neither they are refunding my money or giving any proper response. Please refund my money back or else get the bought phone dispatched to my correct address.

My mobile not converted to emi
Dear sir,
I am purchased Samsung core prime. For 9 month emi (sbi credit card) but not converted to emi. I am calling to sbi bank , he says your emi converted to merchant through and mobile store says bank fault not my problem. I am very problem, sbi bank debit to late fine . I am collect rupee and pay to bank total balance. But who is response this fault. Plz describe.

I purchased a Microsoft Lumia 535 almost a year ago from the outlet at Nanganalloor, a suburb in south Chennai. I remember being very impressed by Mr Sindha and Mr Rafeek. Service with a smile was not just a 'mantra' for them. Today, I visited the shop once again as I had to put a new SIM cad that I'd purchased from the Airtel outlet. As I'm not at all techno savvy, I went to Nanganalloor and met Mr Sindha. He and Mr Rafeek were most helpful. I also witnessed how well they interacted with some clients who were there. Hats off to the two gentleman!

Hi. I purchased MI redme 2 last year june. Today when I reached to mobile store vasco branch for repair the mobile the store owner refused to give a receipt. The mobile has both warranty company as well as extended warranty which the mobile shop gives. Pl tell me what to do?

I have bought several phones from their rohini sec-3 outlet. Only person helpful in the store is Goal and from last last few months I'm not able to meet him and rest of the staff are not able to help which is creating a lot of inconvenience caused and If I leave my phone with them I don't get the phone back till 2 weeks and that too not sorted with the issue... Slow data cable

Deficiency in services
I have bought a Samsung J7 from the Mobile Store at G S Road Guwahati. Bill no 17683 dated 11 may 2016. I have paid Rs 499/- for the extended warranty for one year. yesterday I went to Samsung service centre for repair of my mobile. Samsung says the mobile is not under warranty. I want you to resolve the issue immediately so that the mobile can be repaired under warranty.

Jio phone of 1500Rs refund
I had pre booked jio phone from the mobile store Bangalore on 19/8/17 Invoice no 9073010 354818880. Still I have not received the phone or 1500 rs refund. Please provide the phone or refund the amount deposited.
I communicate with with Mr. Jeedhender in Mumbai head office, he told me to refund your money and he requested to sent the address as well as copy of invoice. As request I send to him. Still I didn't get any replay from him.
