Regarding worst service
I bought xuv 300 w8 in january 2020 and at that timing of delivery the some technical problem hv in new xuv 300,like mic,rear wiper,and also kilometre are 800km.. now it is only 18000 kms driven,and my car has meter problem and music display problem. When given to service center, they started harassing and told me that it will take to some time, and it's already passed15 days still they delayed and demanding for this problem, where as my car is in warranty period.
This is a manufacturing defect in the car and should be recalled by Mahindra.. Awaiting response at the earliest. We given my car for servicing at pahal ,(Odisha) on Oct 1 our car mahindra Xuv 300 w8 no OD13N1615. But we haven't gotten our car back still. It been 18 Days now. Also they don't answer to any of our query. They only say you'll get it tomorrow,and trying for warranty,where as it's already in warranty period. They don't even have any parts there all parts are ordered by the courier From factory. Then why open service center here.why they cheating customer??
Plz do the needful,am laready 4-5times return back from service station,today also I came to bhubaneswar. its already long distance from my native place..this was my 3rd free service,still I suffering many problems..it's humble request plz do the needful

Poor service
On 18 Oct 21, I am an Army officer, purchased Scorpio S-5 model from Deep automobile, Azamgarh through CSD. The service during and post is pathetic and awful. I have paid registration fees and insurance amount. Temporary registration was done by the Deep automobile. However erroneously they endorsed name of canteen store department in place of my name as buyer's. Consequently I am not been able to register the vehicle on my name. When I approached RTO office Ayodhya they informed me that after one month that is after19 Nov 21 I have to pay penalty. May I request you to kindly issue instructions to Deep automobile to get the needed correction done by tomorrow else they should pay the penalty.

New Thar manufacturing defect and delay in replacing spare parts
Respected sir,
I bought Thar (Chassis no. MA1UJ4YF7M2A13743) which is registered on 12-03-2021 with registration no. KL17 V 5559. Before completing one year itself the engine valve stopped functioning. Since one week my vehicle is in Thodupuzha Horizon service centre to replace the valve.
They said it will take one day to replace it, but they found another manufacturing defect i.e., the pipe behind the valve is broken. They couldn't get it from nearby service centres as it is unavailable, says it will take two weeks to get it directly from Mahindra Manufacturing centre, Mumbai. Now the vehicle is in such a condition that we cannot take the vehicle back from service centre until it is replaced. It is really depressing to face such a problem after purchasing a new vehicle. Why it takes such a long time to issue the spare parts from the factory? I don't have another vehicle to use and facing a lot of difficulties to go to office and fulfill the day to day activities. Your quick response in this matter is highly appreciated.

I recently bought my very first car in my life that also a brand new Mahindra Scorpio-N from your dealer Schangalaya Motors showroom in Pondicherry on 31 October 2022. To get this car I waited more than 5 months because of my love for the car. I have been driving the car past one week smoothly and as per the guidance provided by the showroom expects. Today (07/11/2022) morning I started a holy trip to Trichy from my home town. When I reached nearby Tanjore my car went breakdown and unable to drive further. Immediately I contacted your Mahindra support team, They came and checked what happened to the vehicle. I really appreciate the Mahindra support team for their quick response and visit.
They inspected the vehicle and then told need to disassemble the gearbox and clutch pad to investigate further to check what happened exactly. So, you need to leave the car here until further notice. So, I handed over the car to SRS car Tanjore. After that, there is no arrangement for us to return home or go to nearly any transport medium. This is very worts support from your end. Finally, We have managed by ourselves. This car's co-pilot door not locking properly and checked with the showroom mechanic told me it was a manufacturing fault. Here, my question is how a brand-new car will fail in the very first week.
I humbly request your team to investigate further why it’s happened, Any manufacturing defects happened to this vehicle. Also, Strongly recommend you provide a better solution for replacing the current vehicle with a brand new vehicle. Because why am I asking, Once the new vehicle got repaired it will occur again and again.
I have all the details about the car with me. If required I will submit it at any time to validate from your end. Please create a secure channel I will share those documents with your team.
Finally, Am I waiting for a very good and positive response from your end regarding this incident?

In the month of Oct'2022 i faced car front shocker noise issues same time i visited at showroom to check the issued then they had replaced the shocker of car and problem was resolved at that time, Currently car has mostly two months and more days to purchase but again same problem is facing since long time and many times i have raised concern to the showroom department but still they has not resolved the same problem and they are nothing doing.
On dated 5th December 2022, i was driving my car and as reached at my location and i was trying to lock my car after driving but it was not working at that same time and faced locking issue and engine starting issue in the car and i was mentally harassed with this issue as facing many times with this car and i tried to connect Prime Automobiles showroom where i had purchased this car but they didn't respond and not resolved the problem on dated 5th December 2022 and i whitched out battery wires from car and again connected to the car after this car was locking properly and was starting aducately.
Yesterday, 20th December 2022, i was trying to unlock my car to drive my location but remote lock system was not working and car was not unlocking then i try to unlock my car with key by driver door lock handle and it was opened and i tried to start my car but car was not starting at that time and was not blinking any ignition and any metal lights of car, Many times i faced this issue and harassed mentally with the car manufacturing issues or other issues.

In this regard i want to inform you that i purchased this car as i know Mahindra is having a larger market in india and their after sale services but as i am facing these issue with this car i am not satisfying with your services or build quality, Here you are requested to please check in this matter and take a necessary action at the earliest.

Complaint against - Europ-assistance service
Dear Team ,Please refer to my earlier discussion regarding the unprofessional and careless attitude of Europ Assistance services. Incident Details are as follows- My car got stuck on the road due to some technical issues and have called toll free number 1800102 7006 for requesting road assistance but as per 1800 102 7006 for Bolero Neo they are not the one and connected me with 1800 266 7070 at 16:55pm . 1800 266 7070 connected me with the local available vendor( 8657223158 ) at 17:28 pm for towing my car . I managed to get in touch with the provided number and he gave me another number which was 7388847727 at 17:31 pm.as per 7388847727 he assured will be reaching to me in next 35 to 40 minutes but when in call him after 45 minutes he came with an story I'm not coming due to some issue , You will get assisted with the 9569481037 i have waited for him and he arrived at 7:37 pm . Driver name was Mo Ibrahim. They loaded the vehicle and we managed to reach Sky motors in Mira road at 20:16pm . When they were unloading the Vehicle i told them that is risky this will knock the car but they haven't paid attention to my request and knocked my car bumper on the road . ABS front guard fitted by Mahindra got broken and car front bumper also got damaged . I called again on 8657223158 (jaiswal ) and explained to him what had happened. He put me on hold and got back after 27 minutes and gave a very casual response. Let's see tomorrow. Have asked him who will replace the broken parts and he said it is very small we can repair , I told him it is my new car i need replacement not repair then he started arguments i requested him please help me with your full he refused and told me if you want to go for police you can do so whey all know me i don't care , I know them all , that i will manage on call without coming even. Now, I really feel helpless and regret my decision. Why have I called Mahindra for assistance? Have paid money to road assistance to get assistance like this ? I'm a very simple human and never being into hooliganism. Today I'm facing this because I purchased a vehicle belonging to Mahindra. Otherwise before that I do have a Hyundai vehicle and never got this type as service / assistance. Still I do have very small hope with Mahindra team , Can you please help me to fix my new car damaged by your own vendor , Attached broken parts and driver details for your reference.

Worst Sales & Services of Mahindra KUV100 in India
I was totally disappointed and got frustrated over the experience I had with KUV100 from the day one of sales from the dealership. Observed totally a failure design with inferior spares and accessories were sold with exorbitant price. I am merely cheated by Mahindra for unworthy vehicle. Till now I am incurring loss by repeatedly attending the failures, from the engine to the tiny screw in this vehicle creating trouble because of inferior design and imposing to the customers through fraudulent sales and even in the further services also got cheated by selling inferior spare parts.
Poor response of service centre
1. With utmost dissatisfaction I want to state that I had purchased Mahindra Thar 4x4 in Aug 22 from Mahindra showroom Rohtak.
2. I am presently posted at srinagar and in the month of dec 22 , I observed heavy smoke from the exhaust alongwith slowing of my car on putting third gear and above.
3. Immediately on next day ie 19 Dec 22, I had sent my car to service centre Himalaya at srinagar for repair and diagnosis of problem..The technician identified that the turbocharger has gone faulty and needs replacement..Since the immediate replacement of turbocharger was not available in the service centre , they demanded the same in their logistic chain and informed me that the item will be received by them in 10-12 days.
4. Accordingly I waited for 12 days and approached them on 28 Dec to inquire about availability of turbocharger..I was then informed that they haven't received the item yet and told me to check back after few days.
5. I waited for another few days and called them again on 02 Jan 23 and 07 Jan 23 ..Again I was informed that they haven't received the turbocharger
6. Im a loyal customer of Mahindra and own three cars of Mahindra ie Scorpio S10, XUV 300 , and Mahindra Thar.
7. My Mahindra Thar is under warranty and non availability of item and this kind of response from the service centre has really disappointed me. As I have become totally immovable in absence of my car.
8. I'm a serving Army Officer and deeply dissatisfied with the way the replacement has been procrastinated by the service centre amounting to almost 25 days of delay till date.
9. I request you to look into the matter and kindly intervene and direct the Himalayas service centre at srinagar to do the needful

Worst service by Schangalaya Motors
The service provided by the Sangalaya Motors which is one of the Mahindra's service provider was very worst. We left our new Bolero neo N8 -TN 91 L 6706 for second service but the experience with the service provider sankalaya Motors was very worst and very unsatisfied it left us in vain and stress. There were no scratches in the car before but after the service there are many scratches near the door which gives an unpleasant look. We have taken photos of the car before service and there are no scratches. But the dealer does not accept this and there is no proper answer from them. The service was not done properly. It is such a bad experience and shoots up my pressure level. For this service we have paid and amount of rupees 14000 which is not worth of.
I strongly recommend you to take necessary action. I want the scratches to be cleared. Provide me a solution.
