AC not working
Sir, We purchased 2 AC in 2016 and 2 AC in 2017. But one AC (1ton ) which was bought on 8th April 2016 is not working. Till now we complaint 10 times but not solved problem permanently. Also warranty period was expired.

Out of 5 LED Lights 3 are not working and want to claim warranty as IB warranty policy is for 24 months, please arrange for the pickup so I can return the 3 LED lights for replacement ASAP. Please do me the needful as I am need of the lights urgently.
