Till date my Demat a/c IN302236 12088822 has not been updated, instead of updation forms duly filled and proofs deposited in the said office at Amritsar on 16/06/2016.

Please refer to your letter dated 08 Nov. 2016 rejecting my request for closure of the account.Regarding clearance of debit balance,I had requested for adjusting the debit balance of Rs. 900/-against the value of 120 free shares of JSW Steel Ltd.(INE019A044024) vide your statement dated 03 Oct. 2016. My Target DP crystal client master with original stamp is missing because the account was defunct for nearly five years.My signatures have changed and I will get the new signature verified by the Bank. Please help me fill the details in the closure form as I do not understand the meaning of "rematerialized" etc.. I am not transferring it any where.
