I purchased iffalcon 40F2A model smart TV from Flipkart. How can i use google chrome browser from play store. Plz help me.

Iffalcon tcl TV 50k31 UHD Picture quality very very poor. It's worst products. Company not return in warranty period. I advise for new buyer please do not purchase iffalcon TV products of this company.

And service Center guys was rudely behaviour with me . None of my calls attend. Please improve your service.

TV display not working hai 3 month se. mera koi sunvai nahi ho raha hai iffalcon tv display kam nahi kar raha hai. agar nahi ban raha hai to refund kariye aap log mera jitna jaldi ho sake. solution kariye turant nahi to mujhe Kanjipuram me complain karna padega, last last warning hai aap log ko. kam karaea Hamara, main Thak Chuka hun. I Falcon TV service center se Mujhe ab Pareshan mat Kariye.

Very Bad experience with this TV service support. within year of purchase Colour issue started they took almost 6 months to replace panel & after satisfactory working of one year now hanged badly & no technical support given remove hanging issue. Just asking huge Money to visit the technician just to tell technical problem & undisclosed repair & spares charges not mentioned by customer support personnel.

The TV 50k61 bought through amazon during April 2021, we raised a compliant about the tv is automatically switched off and and on after 2 -3 hours. No one can from your end for 8 months, and after repeated mails, one service man came, inspected, informed us - main board has to be changed - but never returned after that. This has been repeatedly switched off even now, but, we are not throwing away, since the product was GIFTED, CAN YOU SEND SOME ONE TO RECTIFY?
