GE Capital was a non-banking financial institution which provided consumer finance in India. GE Money Financial services Private limited was acquired by AION Capital Partners Ltd in collaboration with Mr. Pramod Bhasin and Mr. Anil Chawla, both were previously working as senior executives of GE. The company after the acquisition is called as Clix Capital.
