Good evening, I just observed that the speed of internet in terms of Mbps is 15 for downloading and 5 for uploading how this is so! We are facing problem related to internet speed. Plz look into the matter, will be highly obliged.

They provided very poor service . They told initially whenever any problem faced just call them. But after connection after calling 4-5 times they pickup only once and used to say it will be fix. But this happened they never came to fix it .

Initially speed was ok . But the man who came for installation ask me about the ₹1000 as installation charge. When I refused to do so he warned me that you will suffer for the several issue.. then you will have to call in customer care but your issued will not be solved. There after When he left my house after 5 minutes I start suffering from the net problems.

I want to inform that I started to house exitel from last 3 days my net was working well but , today installation boy arrived and he told me that you have to pay ₹1000 for installation, His phone no is 7834928004.

Bt it was informed that we don't have to pay installation fee. When I refused to pay then he threaten me that if I am not going to pay then you will suffer from connectivity problem. And no one can help you. After 10 minutes my internet stops responding even I requested in customer care he told me your complain forwarded still after 8 hr I didn't get any solution... Thanks exitel.

I have installed connection on 15 march 2022. Since 15 march i am facing issue but there is no response behalf of excitel. so i will go on social media and tell what kind of service you are providing give me proper service other vice i will go on social media.

My broadband not working since 19 March 2022. Request to restore the system as soon as possible.

From the past few days, I was facing the issue of frequesnt disconnections & connectivity speed with my wifi broadband. I contacted Excitel customer services for the same and one of the employee Karan resolved my issue in a very polite manner. Thank you for the services, Excitel.

My official website is not working using the excitel wifi and it's been 3 days they are working on this issue and not sure how many more days they are gonna take to resolve it. It's very disappointed that I have to suffer with my professional work with this worst service of excitel. Their technical team just know how to reset the router. They reset my router around 20 times in 3 days but issue remain same. They just know once thing as how to disconnect the call of the customer in between the conversation to get rid of it.

Dear Sir/Madam,

i apply for new connection of excitel dated: 29-May-2022, with 200 MBPS speed of 03 Months plan validity,

but our service area provider and sales executive cheat/fraud with us and activated 50 MBPS speed with 01 month plan only,

So you are requested please check and try to solve our matter, otherwise closed our connection and refund our total money with security charges,

Our ID is 1240024528, we Shifted our house and requested on exictel app for shifting the connection before 4 days. Area Manager Mr Satish Vasisth came to our house and taken old router device and taken Rs 2800 and now after 4 days there is no response of customer care AND they are not picking up our phone. NOW A QUESTION IS ARISING THAT Mr Satish is exitel employee or a fraud.

From more than 24hrs there is no connection. I called customer support 4-5 times from yesterday but no solution yet. One of the guy was be on hold I am transferring your to concern person and kept me on hold for more than 10 mints and never connected me to anyone.

Same concern was raised in application but no one bothered to call back. Evening I called then there was some lady saying have already forwarded ur complaint to the team but was not aware how much time it will take. It's been 30 hrs now but no solution till now. Such pathetic services they are giving.

My work got hampered, request you to plz disconnect my connection and proceed for my refund and get ur garbage box collected asap.

We got exitel internet connection for three month plan for Rs2400. Then we get good connection. After that exitel employee told that, there is 1 year plan recharge for 5800 .We paid for Sagar the employee, the amount He told that the router should be changed then you get faster network, then after we again paid 824Rs. After 3months there is no connection, nobody is responding and taking action.

The service is awful, I requested for refund and surrender my broadband wifi router 28 Nov 2022 and ask for refund.
They have only same reply wait for 1 week, every week I listen same word same line. Now it is about to 6 months and I did not get my sequrity amount of 2000.

I have surrendered my subscription during November 2022 and still awaiting receipt of refund of my Security Deposit. Many mail and phone call are taking place and receiving regular assurances that it will be paid in 48 hours times. I am unable understand when that 48 hours time lapses. Such a stupid management. I feel its a defaulter / fraudster company. Literally they dont have management.

I would like to inform you that my name is Ahmed Faraz.I want to register a complaint against R.S Enterprise.₹1000/- of my router are due on him.I have paid ₹3500/- more to recharge my Wi-Fi connection (i.e 200 mbps for 9 months) on 21 Oct,2023.They have total sum of ₹4500/- for the recharge. But, he took refund of ₹4500/- from your side on 25 Oct,2023 and I still haven't received the refund. He also changed my registered number and my Wi-Fi service isn't active also.

Kindly take an action against him I will be very obliged.My Id is faraz.88
