I have booked two tickets on 29.11.2018 from delhi-banglore (two way)with ref ID EMT53819967 and EMT53820520. i have received email ticket forthe second id but yet not received the first one. though i have received sms on my alternate mobile no.9560044742.

I wanted to cancel my tickets booked by this site but there are no provisions for cancellations. I had not expected such a worst experience with this site.

I am regular user of ease my trip. on 22dec 20 I booked my tickets from guwahati to agartala but didn't receive ticket till 25 dec20. all though bank has debited my fare from my account. so i trid to call customer care of easemy trip by searching in Google. I received a phone no 7879879898 which claim to be customer care of ease my trip and they told me that my money will be refunded but they took details of bank account but took all my money. So.. I want to request u plz to look into it.

I am your regular custom and I am not happy with the Ease My Trip services. Today is 12 Nov and I am still following up for my airline ticket cancellation refund amount.

Please refund my amount to below account Airline has already refunded the amount to ease my trip. I tried to login as an agent for a refund but your system is showing my email id does not exist. Please refer to the below screenshot. I have tried your customer care number more than 100 times and no one is picking my call. Please refund my amount ASAP.

Please refer "IndiGo Itinerary - RIUBGV" and note that, it's almost 1 & 1/2 months, but till date we have not received the refund of Rs.2156 against this cancelation. We checked with Indigo and came to know that, Rs.2156 was already refunded to Easemytrip long back. Twice we had called to your customer care and got the false promise of getting a call back from your team to settle the matter.

I booked two flight tickets from Bhubaneswar to Kochi on 18 June,2022. The confirmed air tickets got cancelled automatically and we received the message of 'technical malfunction'.

I got confirmation mail from Akasa Airlines that refund was got initiated but I did not get my refund from easymytrip. Here is mail from Akasa airlines -
