Very poor experience with Grofer.... The ordered vegetable was not delivered. Different Type of rice was delivered not the ones which we ordered ....organic ginger was missing.

Soaps…..liquid soap….oil…..all eatables packed in one bag. Who does this…all in a hurry to deliver in 20 mins…..wrong stuff delivered.. very disappointed …have been a customer of Grofers past 2 years never seen something like this.

Blinkit's service has gone from bad to worse. Till it was grofers it was good, everything of daily use was available. Since it has changed name, most of the things are missing from its stores and rates of all products have also been increased. Now i am looking for other option. Big basket and Deal share are providing better service and goods easily. We have almost stopped shopping from blinkit, as there's nothing worthwhile to buy as most of the items are sold out.

Item missing, many times order packaging is not secure they send order in blinkit yellow bag which is open. Koi product nikal raha hai tabhi toh item missing ho rahe hai. check Karo pahle sahi pack kar ke bhejte the polythene wali packaging me.

My online order for hit anti insect killer electric bat (Rechargeable racquet) By debiting my bank account done. But order confirmation not shown. Any technical issue be resolved and order confirmation be sent and item delivered at the earliest.

The delivery guy marked order as delivered but didn't deliver the order. The customer care refused to help out mentioning he can't provide with the reference details for refund as it's against the company norms. Do you think as customer's we have so much time to chase your team for all? In today's date, it's just the word of mouth and people will stop ordering from blinkit.

Hello sir meri id disabled kr di gyi hai. Mai kuch din kaam nhi kr paya tha to id disabled kar di gyi hai. me roj ticket raise karta hu lekin help nhi ki ja rhi hai. me bahot preshan hu mujhe work karna hai.

Why my account is blocked, item missing rehta hai many time maine conform kiye apke chat excutive se to tab se mera account blocked hai 5 days se reply aata hai call karenge 24 hours mein abhi tak koi call nahi aaya

My experience with BlinkIt's delivery service was extremely disappointing. The delivery person his name is churuman not only refused to come to the 4th floor, but also requested that I come down to the ground floor to receive my parcel. This completely defeats the purpose of paying delivery charges and using their service. What's worse is that despite all this, the delivery was not even canceled, leaving me waiting for an hour. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on BlinkIt's customer care.

App me batata hai aapka refund success hai or account me koi refund nahi aata.

Delivery boy was very rude and told me to come to him instead of coming to the address. He was keep being sarcastic and was very rude and angry for no reason. His name was Mukesh.

They were paid for by people at home who were not aware, as I was not present.
Now, when I am requesting your customer care executive to collect the order and refund my money, they are unwilling to assist and resolve the issue.
