I purchased one landline instrument. generally we are not using it just because we have BSNL no since last 60 years I felt let us not disconnect it. I went to a shop purchased it one day I spoke to my aunt from that instrument then never used again until yesterday. today I tried from my mobile it’s ringtone is not there. I went to the shop he refused even talk to me. I tried so many no’s given in your web none of them are working finally I am trying this. I request you to kindly replace the instrument.
