I purchased new sr 150 from venetian wheels kolhapur. my bike got starter relay problem. So i went to cosmic Service center and i told my problem to them they told me to keep the bike for 1 day so i agreed to keep bike for 1 day. And the problem starts again. so i went again to the cosmic Service center they are telling now we not having stock. They are telling to me were you purchased the bike tell them to give a starter relay I'll repair and give you . In my home my parents are scolding me to return the bike and purchase a different bike. So repair my bike in 2 days.

I don’t not get my RC card of my vehicle. Please clarify, where there my vehicle registered or not? It’s already one year one month over still also i didn’t got my RC card.

I have given my bike for service with shrey automotives at Hyderabad in Aug 2022 they have charged rs 5000 but breaks are properly not working, accelerator also not working properly and mileage is gone for dogs. I have to file police complaint and customer complaint against this Ruth less fellows eating money and not able to service properly.

I don’t recompense to buy Vespa and Aprilia as they dont have guts to serve the customers.

This scooter is is NOT AT ALL WORTH BUYING. WORST BRAND I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. It’s been just 15 days after buying new scooter and this is giving me a problem again.

I will try to contact that particular number 1800-1088-784. many times but no one responded that it's a very bad impression for such a big company. it is a request form my side kindly provide any alternative number for response. Secondly In Rajasthan Jaipur only one service center.My query is i want to purchase Steel Saftey guard for that for protection. please help and support.

I have given my bike for service with 27-07-23 ssr motors adyar more than month till now bike not delivered ,servie person given reason is parts not available current date is 21-08-2023. Very poor service. Don't buy this brand.

And before this also they had given me warrantly of fuel injecter but this time they r Service centre is saying your are not allow the mail u r rejecting it kindlly claim warrantly for my bike..
