I bought a white 10000mah apc powerbank in april 2016 bearing serial number:9A1440B30808 and the warranty is expired. The power bank has bulged heavily due to some problem. if i give it to ur service center in srirampura [i.e managed by ESSGI infotech private limited] they told they cant help me as warranty is expired.

I am in shock that a company like yours is showing negligence in providing help to me. The main question is why is the powerbank bulging and how can u tell me that u cant help me as it is only 20 months old.

And how defective products have you been making as the power bank is bulged just after 7months of warranty expiry.
