This is in continuation ofm the telecon I ad with your customer care 1800120 6020 I had about half an hour
ago. But the discussion got suspended due to some technical reasons fro your side. let us now come to the
main subject. I have tested my sugar level today and yesterday using your Acu chek and Insta meters and I am furnishing the results so obtained for your further action.

I am unable to understand how the machines from the same brand company can throw
varying results. pl clarify.

Accu-check is not performing as it should. I am always getting wrong blood sugar readings from it.

Will u kindly make available the above test strips as the same are urgently required by me.

My Accucheck glucometer is around three years old. When I buy test strips I used to get a green cartridge along with it with the same code number. This time when I bought there test strip number is 333 but there is no cartridge along with it. I read that there is a black cartridge which is permanently used with all strips. I don’t have it. I stay in Kerala, Perumbavoor Town. Pin code is 683542. I tried speaking to the medical shop from where I purchased it. They do not know about it. Kindly help me to use the strips. It’s quite expensive and I can’t waste it.

We have taken 2 accu chek machines and the warranty is of 10 years and it's not even one year it's not working when we are connecting to u through mails even then you guys are not responding,kindly please replace the machines or call back us. thank you

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am using Accu Check Active Glucometer. Initally it was working well but since last two months its reading are inaccurate. Lab reading and Accu Check Active Glucometer reading are different.
Pls replace the instrument as I have complained number of times.
