I would like to know why there are no direct flights to Nagpur-hyderabad-nagpur. Almost all the flights (including other Airlines) are operating One Stop or Two Stops (running time more than 8-10 hrs. If a direct flight is being introduced I think there are many passengers who will utilise this service instead of using trains and bus and other mode of transport(because train, bus and car travel also taking 10 hrs to reach Nagpur from Hyderabad. By direct flight passengers can reach within One Hour either way.

My PNR is N8BF6G, R4155S. I want to know what are the cancelations charges of the above PNR. Whats the procedure for cancellations.

Prepone my journey to 19th dec from 20th and cancel my ticket for 20th dec.

On 20 December 14, I have tried to book ticket from Port Blair to Chennai. Amount Rs 4175/- debited from my account vide BSBI3599818730IG00IPJFI6 TRANSFER TO 3199619162098 but the ticket could not booked. It is requested that the debited amount Rs 4175/- be refunded into my account. Thanks.

My PNR No. J8TV4D - I got SMS stating that the above flight is cancelled due to operational reasons. And asked to contact phone Nos. 9871803333 or 965403333 for rebooking on an alternate flight. I would like to know the alternate flight on the same date preferably in the morning hours, as I have already booked my return journey tickets by evening train from chennai to Hyderabad.

I had a confirmed ticket bearing PNR No:ODFL9U from Ahmedabad to Kochi via flight No: SG 895/SG 131 for three passengers namely Laju Rajan , Sreshta Rajan and Siddhant Rajan.

I got an SMS as well as an email stating the cancellation of flight due to operational reasons. I tried customer care number many-a-times, but in vain. I didn't get any refund of the amount till now. Hope arrangement would be made to get the amount remitted in my bank account without delay.

My flight SG322 and SG321 dated-15-Jan-15 and 20-Jan-15, Chennai to guwahati and back from Chennai to Guwahati were cancelled due to your operational reasons as informed by your official staff at ticket counter Borjhar Airport, Guwahati and total amount of RS.64165.00/- and payment made by debit card has not been credited to my account so far though the refund was promised within 15 days on 15-Jan-15 by Spicejet Official in the Airport,Borjhar, Guwahati . My PNR no. V4EUJV , G8R46D and N8F5KW all dated 20-Nov-2014 . And my debit card no. is 5044373216400539 of Central Bank of India. Till now the amount has not yet been credited to my account and I am facing great financial hardship. Please take immediate action to refund the amount.

I booked Spicejet air ticket Journey on 30.11.2014 from Pune to Ahmedabad booked on 16.11.2014.The ticket was confirmed and PNR was CYZ64N and the flight no SG 343 and seat no was 6B.But the said flight was cancelled by spicejet administration.I tried to call the toll free no shown in the website but nobody was answering.I lost booking amount of Rs.3801/- (Rupees Three Thousand Eight Hundred and One Only).The administration never credited the said amount to my account till now. Now its been 3 months completed and the said amount was not yet credited.I request you to credit the amount immediately without any reminder.

your flight sg105 was cancelled due to operational reasons.my pnr no. was l56yys for the same flight. the same was cancelled on 16 dec 14 and i was promised refund of the entire amount within 15 days. but the same has not been credited till to date. request please refund the amount at the earliest.

I would like to know fare rules with particular reference to cancellation of air ticket.

1) Preponement or postponement of air ticket already booked ...Whether allowed or what charges are payable.
2) I have a ticket to amritsar along with my mom which I had booked quite a long time back. At that time there was a direct flight but the ticket was once changed due to cancellation of flight by yourself and now it is mum-delhI and del-amritsar. So the commuting time has increased and my mom being 84 yrs.Old would not be able to sustain such a long journey. Therefore perhaps we may have to make some changes. In that case would your airlines allow her daughter to travel in the moms ticket. Or we shall have to cancel the same. Plz.Note this is on medical grounds. If charge is allowed any charges to be paid. Or if cancelled how much refund I would get

Cancellation charge of following spicejet flight as spicejet cancelled those flight itself vide no SG 104 dated 23.01.2015, SG105 dated 3/2/2015 under PNR number XDYBVK has not been received by me till date. When I shall have my dues?

My flight SG882 was cancelled on 12th march from bagdodra to delhi and i have not yet received the refund money, my flight PNR is C61K3Z. Can u kindly look in this matter n resolve my problem soon...thank u.

Self had booked two tickets from delhI to bagdogra & back on 12/05/2015. Ticket amount has been debited from my credit card but PNR was not generated. Kindly confirm status & if tickets are not booked kindly inform when the money will be refunded. Awaiting reply.

Thankful to him for getting retrieved my mobile left by me at T-1 Delhi. I travelled on 1st July by filght no SG 3456 from Mumbai to Belgam, my seat no was 7C. I travelled today by return jurney filght no SG 3455 from Belgam to Mumbai my seat no was 19 C. Both days , the cabin Crew was Ms. Anushka , who had been very kind, humble and prompt enough to provide the services. Her way of attending the passangers was excellent. Her response and pleasing behaviour was highly appretaible. Such type of good staff with sincere working keeps the name of organization up. Thanks for the nice journey through Spice Jet.
