I'm purchased 1.5 ton inverter ac 2:6:19. I request for installation at 3:6:19 today 6:6:19 but they don't any take action in between I called 6 to 7 times but they saying today ur ac is installed?? But I'm never take any voltas product before this is my first &last product of voltas.

I am writing this mail second time to you in lot of pain and mental anguish caused by non-cooperative attitude of your service centre and poor customer service of Voltas. I need your help to solve the problem of my Voltas AC as all my attempts to get this issue resolved have failed. I get a feeling that I have committed a big mistake by buying a Voltas AC.

Complaints no 20052304717 20/5/2020. very poor service by voltas and all employees.

I have bought Voltas 1.5T 5star INV split AC on 26/06/2021 and in one year the AC got serviced two times and still it's not working... infact one month before it got serviced by Voltas..and still after few days it stopped working...and now when I have contacted Voltas care.. they are saying we will charge you money now.. Worst service by Voltas.

Hello Team,

I have raised a complain for water leaking from Voltas Beko 7 kg around the water outlet area.

This compliant was first raised on 1/10/22 (I have attached screenshot and proof for your reference) I have waited a month to get a resolution everyday the technician will call and then cancel later.

Today they arrived and did a very wacky job of not fixing the problem. As they saw the pip was cut through the folds they just reversed it and put some green tape on it (I have attached a picture to support the statement).

My product was bought on 15/05/22 ( I have attached the bill to support my statement). This product is under warranty and unnecessarily we are being harrassed for basic post purchase customer care.

Didn't expect a brand like TATA to give this customer experience to it's consumer.

I purchased Voltas Beko washing Machine 100C and on 1/1/2023, from Anshu Electronics Amloh Road Mandi Gobindgarh. I registered my last complaint 3-05-2023 and now after the 4 months my problems are not resolved by technician. My Washing Machine work but Drainage is getting bad again and again, we have complained 3 times but it gets bad again and again and i total blame of this problem is due to technician. When I call to Voltas Care there were not responding but one line always says the customer care sir your problem resolved shortly or transfer the call to head customer care office.... Respected Ma'am,I bought an inverter AC 1.5ton on 27th April 2019.I called for service as my Ac was not cooling the technician said that my pcbboard has been damaged and it will take 14 days. But nearly a month now they are calling and telling me that company cannot provide the board and they will give me 5000rs and I will have to pay 30000 to get new machine. Dear Voltas Tata,

I would like to inform you that, I was parched 320Ltrs Deep fridge (Voltas Tata) from SHRADHA MARKETING CORPORATION address #137, 5th cross Vyalikaval Swimming pool extension Malleshwaram 11th cross Bangalore- 560003, Karnataka India. Contact No 9964343111, date of parched 21st May -2023 and, today 25th May -2023 already 5 days over fridge no cooling no ice nothing, I called Voltas Tata Customer care and raised complaint No 23052223400 and, service engineer name is Lalith Contact No 9703188073 he passed message to his superior name is Mohan Contact no 9844604072 but, his also not respond properly, finally I have removed all the my products which is got mailed and throw it to dustbin around 41 thousand rupees materials just because of fridge not having cooling and Ice, apart from this issues there is miss behave with me one of the person and his using bulgier word and so many others bad words , I have complete recording of this person voice, I am really shook that Voltas Tata will allow to use this kind of words from team, I am never expect this kind of issues from Voltas Tata, (international Brand) Which company has to grow soon but soon it will come down because of the way of team behavior.
Note:- Last 24hrs I am requesting to replace the fridge but, no body taken serious on this.

Subject: Not giving service for VOLTAS AC at home by customer care agent/engineer and local service engineer person properly

Sir,
In our home we have two number of split AC. One is 06 months old and another is 4 years old. Last 15 days we have giving some complaints through customer care , but the agents are not coming to home in time. Two agents came to home and took 600/- rupees and not resolving the issues. In our home, my parents at the age more than 70 years and one baby @ age 06 years are staying. Just think sir how we will stay at home without AC in this summer. The main problem is VOLTAS company is not professional in service after sale and not taking the customer complaint seriously. Very poor service when AC showing problem.

Sir, very sadly we are saying that VOLTAS Company is not giving us the service in time. This is very bad sir. We are not getting service at needy time. Please look into the matter and resolve the issues. At ground level the agent/engineer are not giving proper service and the customer is suffering lot.
Please do the needful.

I received a extended warranty of 5 years from voltas. But the service centre is refusing to provide service against the extended warranty. I called customer service but they are also not responding. Cooling is also very poor of voltas... Dont buy this product.

Dear Voltas Team,

I have a Voltas split inverter 1.5 Ton AC (Serial Number :- 4552370A20BC08481) which I purchased on 13th July 2021. Sometime back I moved to a new Home and reinstalled this AC in my new home through Voltas Service Engineer (Request Number :- 24011605403). At that time, due to Winter I had not used the AC. Two days back when I turned on the AC I found that it was not cooling properly so registered the complaint with Voltas again(Request Number :- 24040743940) . Upon checking by the engineer he informed us that the previous engineer had not installed the AC properly and due to that AC gas got leaked. He called the area Service centre ASC-Swami Refrigeration and explained the same to him. First the Service Centre owner said that they have not found any previous Service request for this product and they have not installed it. After I showed them my previous message he accepted that they had only sent the engineer previously. Post that the engineer who has come to repair the AC has not repaired it and left saying that someone else will come to check this issue.

I want my AC Gas refilled without any charges as it has happened due to Voltas Service Engineer not knowing how to install simple AC. I would request Voltas Team to take immediate action on this as my father is facing major inconvenience because this if I mildly put it and that also at the time of when he is facing health issues.

Worst service experience ever in my life. From next time onwards will definitely not any Tata product and will prefer other good companies product.
