I have purchase sony power bank of 5000mah. Instead of giving that the dealer gives duplicate product and the product was not working. If the dealer was not refund the money we have no option rather then consumer forum. So plz reply regarding the issue...at my email.

I just want to tell you flipkart people if I didn't get my refund on time..You will see what I am capable of doing..You should give people is money, people do work hard for that but you people are robbing us..Some of us are students so we are not working. You better give customers refund and I returned back three items and I need my full money in my account after 5 days.

I had ordered for elite handicrafts poly cotton checkered women's dupattas of 3 colour combo set but wt I got was shocking. I got a normal cotton dupatta of ash colour which I never ordered for. plz refund my amount as soon as possible.

I am your regular customer. I have replaced my order I've purchased a lovely leather jacket from Flipkart.com. I am really enjoying my jacket but recently there is some fading away on the collar and parts of the leather jacket which has left me very sad as this is a genuine lamb quality.

Please help advise me as to why this has happened?? I am really disappointed as I only have the jacket for about 1 months and hope you can assist me in some way regarding my problem. I only wear the jacket maybe once every two weeks, so it is not over used. Also, the jacket has not been left out in the sun so I cannot understand how this fading has happened

a intex pb 11000 mah was booked by me from flipkart.... they delivered me a fake pb with only 1000 mah local duplicate battery with the tag of SONY PB.Now I want to know that who is responsible for this kind of fraud FLIPKART or the SUPPLIER ??

I have brought a lenovo K3 Note from you which was delivered on January 25, 2016. Up on switching on after putting the SIM, it was observed from the first call itself that the ear piece speaker is not working. We can hear the sound when the speaker phone is engaged. Accordingly I requested for return,. However, the site was allowing only replacement. As I have no option to return the product for refund, I choose for replacement on January 26, 2016.

After that I have so far received three calls from your technical team. From the tone and vibes of the conversation, with them, I genuinely doubt the intention of your technical team. They are trying to establish that the problem is due to SIM or connection or due to the scratch guard (which I have correctly put and was given along with the product). One person asked me to switch off the phone to safe mode and the thereafter to restart. After doing that also no relief, which I had promptly conveyed to him (on January 25, 2016 - at around 8 p.m). Thereafter he was not interested to try for other options, if any. He disconnected the phone telling that they will rep[lace the phone. Again today at 1.30 p.m (January 26, 2016) I got a call when I was taking lunch. There was no continuity from the previous call. The caller started with scratch guard again.

I request you to accept the fault that you have shipped a defective piece with out having any quality check. You are once again requested to Replace (if not refund) the item with out further delay. Please don't indulge in such tricks to show that the item shipped was OK and all problems relate to anything other than your product. I have been using smartphones for last 3-4 years, though I am not tech savvy, at least, I can understand whether ear piece speaker is working or not and I am not dump enough to put the scratch guard in a manner covering the ear piece speaker. Kindly convey this to your technical team.

Please don't connect with any of your so called ''technical experts'' in the name of 'solving my concern''. The three phone calls I attended can tell volumes about the quality of customer service rendered by you.At the cost of repetition, I once again request you to Replace (if not refund) the item with out further delay. However, in case any particular commands to be performed on the phone, you can send me it by e-mail, I am open for trying it.

It's a shame to Flipkart. It lost a customer. No hope on flipkart hereafter. Received a damaged tempered i phone material.

Exactly after one year two months the product has failed and due to no service for this product Huawei Honor 6 H60-L04 in India after Warranty The period you have to forget your 20k...?? when i brought it.

I had received my earphn of JBL without carrying pouch and 3 pairs of latex-free silicon sleeves which was mention on box only! This should not be explain with FLIPKART which has good name in market ! Please do anything with this.

This is poor service from flipkart when I am repeatedly saying I am not satisfied with the product then are lodging case and call me and then close the case this has happened neary 5 to 6 times. On 9th Feburary at around 8:23 I received an mail from Ekart saying that... Out for pickup Lenovo 15 inch Laptop and 1 more items from flikart.com will be picked up today before7 PM. Request you to keep the item ready for return with all the shipped accessories for verification and pickup.

So I kept it ready one Lenovo 15 inch Laptop and the Bag. A guy named Vinay Kumar BV from Ekart comes to my house and pick up the product and gives me the acknowledgement.

Today If i call flipkart and talk they say there was no return request for Laptop and they have just returned laptop bag amount that is 2199 and when I checked with them what about my Laptop amount of 20,000 they are saying they do not have that information and it was not approved. So my concern is that do the flipkart know whether the person from ekart has picked up the accessories correctly.

This is pathetic service, I am very disappointed with the quality of service.

i ordered moto x play and i received successfully. But in that memory card is not supporting then i visited Moto authorized service center, they had told me to Exchange the mobile because it motherboard is not working properly. please do the needful as soon as possible. because only 2 days is remaining for to finish my replacement offer. so take immediate action.

I bought Lenovo vibe p1m phone 2 weeks ago. I thought 4000mah battery should last 1 day without charging. But i am very disappointed when it last for few hours only. I have to charge 2 to 3 times a day. I did not use phone for the whole day busy. Then also battery lasts early. It consumes 15% battery when the phone is idle. & more than 10% consumed by screen that's disgusting. I want my money back. Don't know what to do how. Can any one or flikcart suggest how can i get my money back.

On feb.1 at this date the order give me. the money of refund goods, its worth was 599rs. i am shocked that the shoe was damaged. Immediately i returned the delivery boy and i m informed to the flipkart.com executive on the day. I need my refund amount for the shoe. I complaint to the flipkart executive From this date to up today i did not get any information about my refund amount from the flipkart. please accept my complaint and reply me soon about my refund.

Hi Guys- Filp kart is one of the worst e-commerce site and I would like to suggest that never purchase any product from flip kart because when you will try to connect regarding replacement or refund, their costumer service representative are only trained to misguide the costumer, they will not suggest the corrective path or solution. I pledge that today onward I will not purchase any thing from flip kart.

Case summary -

Looks like Flipkart has not understood the situation, let me reiterate myself.

When your Logistic guy came to deliver new phone & pickup the old 1. He called me & was very rude, I was taken aback for a moment & definitely did not like his behavior, when asked him to stop, he continuously abused me. Of course I could not bare that & was also aggressive to respond to him. Later when I handed over my old phone, he purposely dropped the phone. The moment he noticed he broke the screen, he escaped from the place, we tried stopping him, but he didn't & had come along 2 more guys was threatening me about dire consequences if I even complaint & also told me now that the screen is broken he cannot proceed with the purchase.

From that day I have been continuously writing emails & calling, unfortunately nothing concrete is done yet & now I get an email stating I had handed over a damaged phone. This is worst allegation against a customer & Flipkart believes there own delivery guy, which is good as Employers, but accuses its customers of lying & what not, more over I have been associated with Flipkart for years now & have always purchased from you guys, also recommended to friends & family.

Need Flipkart to take responsibility of the situation -
As the screen was damaged by your delivery associate -

1. Need Flipkart to replace my screen
2. Take this old phone back & provide me the same Moto x.
3. Take this phone back & refund me the amount of new Moto X selling price now or a refurbished Moto X price money
4. Take this damaged old phone (damaged by delivery guy) & proceed with the Moto Turbo purchase.

This a honest request from 1 of Flipkart's honest customer.

If any 1 of above are not considered -

1. I will first blog about this in all social media platforms possible (facebook, Twitter & others)
2. I will ensure its taken up by newspapers & media.
3. I will be forced to file a complaint in consumer court.

For all the agony, torture & harassment caused by delivery guy & all others at Flipkart, I am determined to take this up to any level possible & ensure such behavior is not repeated with me or any other customer. Also hope Flipkart provides enough feedback to the delivery associate & he accepts his mistake & says the truth.

Then after I give mobile Authorized service centre Vinayaka Communication, Coimbatore on 04/12/2015. (Box No. 1044) Ph. 04224374959, 9994084570. Service centre not reply properly last 2 and half months. Please see matter seriously. I am very disappointed with this issue. Waiting for your prompt reply.

I had ordered a minI speaker of Hiper song hs656 which cost me Rs. 209 and and delivery charge Rs.50 but when I received that product I got to know that its actual mrp is Rs. 175 which was printed on the product which was partially blackened but still visible by eyes, so please kindly query on that.

I have received coupon but I cannot get it how I have to get but you are fooling us I have installed app but I cannot claim coupon you are saying you want 1000 worth coupon.

The delivery boy of ur firm is not fit to b a worker. Teach them some manners how to talk to costumers. We are not at ur service rather you are. Teach them manners and if possible I want to talk to ur executive regarding dis. His behavior was not tolerable and such guys willl be thrashed in public and ur company's reputation will b at stake. Hello, I would like to order cooling fan of Rs 260/-, Your website shows delivery charge for one cooling fan of Rs.70/- which is reasonable. one no Rs 70/- . But I am planning to order 2 no's at same time and same location to deliver, but its shows Rs 140/- of delivery charge. kindly do the needful.

I have received my parcel against Order OD105310146168038000 today after noon, I am totally disappointed with your courier boy. As he directly come upto 2nd floor of the home without any information. While we asking him why he come without any information to upside then he arguing us. Really we not want to continue with flipkart if such your courier boy behaving with us. We are not happy with this service.
