Original policy no 53221754 received by Belgaum but not handed over to customers and they complaint me we already handed over to sales man as well as I asked syed of balagavi bring he to your policy held with me and will be dispatching shortly but he also not working there and he left out job and I meet sr Mr Abdul Rajak he told me ur policy number already handed over to here and there he was answering and i told him to close my policy and he told me you have to complete three years than u will getting some amount but before opening policy they not informing me such thinks. so please take necessary action against Mr Abdulrajak k who looking sr head of Belagavi Br.

On 29 oct 2020, three agents from Mangalore branch came to my house. They offered me new policy called reliance Nippon life insurance classic plan by replacing my old single investment policy. They never told me that new policy is yearly premium. I thought that this is also like my old policy which was single premium. When i got account statement then only i came to know i have to pay premium. As a house wife i can't afford such a heavy amt, regularly your company employees are calling me to make the payment. I have already told them i want to discontinue the policy but again and again they are calling me from different numbers. Pls don't call me again and again this is my humble request.
