I bought my TVS Jupiter ZX Disc (BSIV), Chassis No MD626EG41J1A19242, Engine No.EG4AJ1772845 on 04-02-2018 from Joy Motors .On 23-09-18 suddenly my TVS Jupiter self start had stopped working. I take it to the service center of Joy Motors and they said that the battery has low voltage. They had charged the battery for 8 hours but then they said that the battery is not able to take charge. They asked me to take the battery to the service center of AMCO battery which is about 30Km from my home.

Very kindly I want to know why I should have to go for battery replace or service when my TVS Jupiter ZX Disc (BSIV) is still under warranty coverage.

I bought this vehicle with the extend warranty and i ll done all service and repeat repair in authorized centre but chaudhary tvs declined my extend warranty.

I always done all works in service centre in fact my chain set loose so i checked in the centre but they opened wrong job card and after this result is my vehicle record is goes wrong and poor so help me and give instruction to chaudhary tvs.

I tell about chaudhary tvs, Some technician of chaudhary tvs Who vehicles comes are in hand so they opened wrong job card and the bill amount is distributed to each person and i am always vehicle enters in centre and told then the work and return at home and in evening takes my vehicle from the centre but they opened wrong job card. so please takes action and give them instructions to retain my extend warranty.

DATE GIVEN FOR SERVICE: 28 – SEP -2018
Date of delivery: 3 oct 2018.
Service given for : Mirror change and General check-up since vehicle gives out a noise.

Otherwise vehicle was good in running condition with self start when I am giving to service.

COMPLAIN:
1. very very poor service (Bike after service it is dead now),
2. Don’t even lift customer phone and
3. very poor response and commitment from service person .

Service person committed to give deliver the vehicle the next day but failed even to lift the phone . We went in person on Saturday bike was not ready we came back. Again when my husband went to check and take the vehicle on 1st oct 2018 ,Bike was in horrible condition it is not even starting. After taking 6 days on 3- oct-2018 , I went personally and collected the bike. On the way to my house, when I was using the break the head light was burning and beep sound was beeping automatically if there is any jerk.

WHAT A POOR SERVICE?? (Some wrong wire connection they have made.) After informing to the service person, My driver (babu) again taken for service on 6th oct 2018.

The mechanic examined the bike and he told us change complete wiring set (which cost around 1500+500 rs) and told us to bring again after 3-4 days saying they don’t have stock now. After bring the bike to my house, complete ¾ tank petrol was on the floor leaking. ( it seems to be some wire cut ).

I DON’T REALLY UNDER STAND WHAT KIND OF SERVICE THEY WERE GIVING INSTEAD OF GIVING SOLVING TO ONE PROBLEM THEY MESSED UP ENTIRE BIKE AND PLAYING WITH CUSTOMERS.

Ask your service person to come and attended the problem immediately.

Note:
When I am giving it was working perfect and why your service team have created problems?? To grab money from customer I doubt, kindly clarify.

I booked Ntorq on 21st of aug in indian moters, madiwala, bangalore. they told they will deliver in 20days (max 25 days) but still not getting delivery. even their charges are also more as compare to other showrooms.

Claimed has passed...but showroom's employees didnt do work...always they make fool....always. they have no manners.....client say sir...their response bhaiya....wow...13th of sep i gave my jupiter...claimed has passed 23rd of september but they dont do work...always say...laggage is on way. some times say, there is not emplyee...G.S TVS GHAZIABAD ....THEY HAVE NO MANNERS.

I have purchased the Jupiter Classic Edition in Ramkay TVS, Velachery. They didn't make the fittings perfect, when I was driving a new bike, I have got a feel of driving an old vehicle. Also, they are giving irresponsible replies. When I have given to service, they just did the water wash, not at all listening to our complaints and without doing proper service, blindly they call and tell my vehicle is ready. When I was asking all these, they simply tell "we will do now". Worst case, they didn't answer my calls as well. And I tried to showroom landline number and finally spoke with the service manager and boy. They giving the bull shit replies like mobile was in reception, I was driving on that time, mobile was not in my hand and all shit reasons they are telling.

Overall both showroom and service center of Ramkay, Velachery is very worst. Also, I experienced very good service in Honda. But here I was fed up like anything and advising others to not buy TVS or not in Ramkay TVA, Velachery.

As per web site the milage to be given is 62 kmpl. Now my TVS WEGO is giving only 29 kmpl after several adjustments in several times by Bright tvs service center, Bardahaman. Kindly instruct your concerned service center to set right my TVS WEGO to give milage as mensioned in your web site.

Jp tvs morena (MP) make fool our CUSTOMERS. I am buying a scotty pep plus and give full payment to jp tvs. The showroom manager told me that he have not accessories for scooty at this time. After that I am regularly going to jp tvs showroom. But the manager not providing me accessories and not return my payment.

I bought a jupiter zx modal 2018 . purchase on 10/11/2018 before five months ago. The service dealer not given to second key of this scooter and he is not provided the RC till date (05/03/19). After that when im going to service center for services. then i found my tvs scooter fuel tank was broken. I am telling for this then salesman said we changed this part within 1 month. I am shocked 1 month for this fuel tank. I'm disappointed with this Tvs Service. I am very sad because the services was very poor and bad.... very worst services... Tvs company disappointed to me. very bad experience.

Very bad bike Apache 200 RTR bad service.gopal tvs agra. I bought my bike on 16-11-2017, since then i am facing problem with it. I take it to the service center and they repair it but the problem comes back. Mechanic is not solve my bike problem.

I Serviced my Victor on 23 june 2019 on authorised tvs center they charged me 630. rs but my handle problem still exist. I again visited but they are charging charges. very bad sevices given by Ujjain tvs center. they are not giving proper services. I hope company will consider my problem.

My scooter is ntorq. In my scooter the engine is damage but where we take service so they say that give money for repairing. so I can said u that THEY give 5years warranty for engine vehicle no. is DL 4S CX 4946
But now they do not gave warranty.

But i have bad experience in service. i have raised the problem twice at the service center they have informed me crank box left and right fully broke, but i am same issue another one jupiter no is TN-09, Cm-7105. The undersigned named Rajesh Pant is compelled to draw your attention to the following facts in regards to recent purchase of a Motor Cycle under the impression of 'TVS RADEON110ES MAG DRUM PURPLE (copy of the invoice is attached). I'm simply saddened because of the ugly experiences that i'm having choosing a TVS Brand Motor Cycle. Here i give below a brief details to make you aware and thereby to enable you resolve my crisis.

It would be evident from the attached Invoice No. 004080/2019-20 dtd. 17.11.2019 that i purchased the subject motor Cycle from your authorized showroom named M/s. RAJPOOT MOTORS at A-3, G.T. Karnal Road, Adarsh Nagar, Delhi-110033. Immediately after the purchase and from the very next day Motor Cycle could not be taken for ride because of the problem that while starting the same got stopped automatically. I spoke to Mr. Amarjeet of Rajpoot Motor , who initially after ignoring, simply confirmed that due to cold wave it was happend. So again i spoke to Mr. Sanjay , Workshop Manager of the same Rajpoot Motor who advised me to leave the Motor with them for proper scanning but the problem remained same so eventually they suggested to take the motor with their another workshop at C-9, TVS Workshop at Jahangirpuri, Delhi. Even they too retained the Motor Cycle with them for two days and handed over to me confirming that it is perfectly o.k. . But unfortunately the problem could not be arrested yet SO I FIRMLY BELIEF THAT A FAULTY MOTOR CYCLE WAS DELIVERED TO ME.

I do not know how to console myself because a poor service goer and arranging loan from sources only i purchased . Was it my mistake that i choose to buy A TVS Brand Motor Cycle?

In view of above submission i seek your immediate intervention to replace with a perfectly sound conditioned new piece be made available to me.

Trust you'll resolve the crisis in line with your reputation....
