Sir, i have purchased mi piston air capsule headset on 30/08/2017 from flipkart. My headphone is not working now, when i went to nearest mi service centre, employee of mi said that 6 months warranty available. Your product is out of warranty. In my flipkart invoice one year warranty is mentioned. Service centre says that contact flipkart i am not responsible and i will not change your headphone. Plz take this matter carefully.

Maine red mi y1 2gb, 16gb mobile 5/3/2018 ko amazon se kharida. Usme problem aya to akola maharastra me service center pe bill ke sath repair ke lia diya. Service center se job sheet nahi mila aur 2 din ka time lagega bolke phone lia aur jab mobile lene k lia gaya to service center pe bataya mi logo ka problem hai mobile ka main board change karna padenga uska kharcha 5000 rs ayenga. To ab legal action lene wala hu jago grahak me complaint karunga (consumer forum)

I ordered a Mi 20000mAh Power Bank 2i yesterday and it was delivered to me half an hour ago. The Seal of the box inside the package was broken. So, Although the condition of power bank is fine,I cannot trust whether it's a genuine piece or a facsimile. So, Hopefully you'll resolve this issue amicably and Timely.

I just received the mi note 5 pro phone today and having the proximity sensor issue. I already contacted to customer care and the test also fails. I want immediate replacement of my mi note 5 pro.

I purchased 5A 4 months ago with a belief that Mi is the greatest smartphone selling brand in india but it disappointed me badly. The issue is nonsense because any time when i open any app like whatsapp, youtube, facebook, gallery etc. Every time i got NOT RESPONDING message. It's irritating me.

My phone get restart again and again and in it some apps were not working. I complained to service centre they tell now it is better but it create again same problem. I reset it factory data but it can create same problem I had taken this mobile some days before so please replace it.
