You charged me 1st 303 then 509rs and now u sent me bill of the month. Whats going on... Am I fool, that I am recharging phone then I have 2 pay bill also. You robbing me out u guys, I will take u to the court not bcoz of money because of u fooling me. Your advisor told me to do recharge and now when I got the bill I called ur advisor they are saying that they cant help. They r not taking my complain u more on this the way to deal with the guest. I will tech u how to do it, guys they r fraud they take money and they will send a bill also to pay. This is not the way u doing I want that bill canceled because I am not using ur service in free. I payed while time of buying and then 1st recharge 99 another 303 then 509 will in 303 I payed 400 and now the thing is u generated a bill of 455... For what? Tell me as soon as possible otherwise I will take u to the court because I have all the proof.

I don't have jio sim i have airtel 4g sim but i want to see tv in mobile. so i have downloaded jio tv in my mobile. i made an account from my friend sim of jio then i had log in in jio tv app all the channel came but the channel was not opening.

I bought a postpaid jio sim in Jammu and kashmir 2 months back. i got posted in Ranchi (Jharkhand) and now i am not able to call ANYONE using my jio sim. My jio sim is a POSTPAID jio sim, please look after my problem and please tell me that whether i have to get my jio postpaid sim changed om the same no. or your team can resolve and help me in this problem?

I purchased Jio Mi-Fi on the offer of 100% cashback bt still VOUCHERS of Rs 201 is not given on my no. I complained 6 times regarding that..bt still vouchers are not given in my no...its very painful to inform you that only text msg came to my no to redeem the VOUCHERS bt when I HV opened my Jio apps for redeeming it...its not showing in the apps. I was connected with Jio family with a trust bt its very painful while informing you. My no-8617484626. Plz issue me the VOUCHERS.

I have been calling from 4 -5 days the people of Jio care. I have talked wid them many time number of times they keep on holds till 15min. one the (TL) neekta parek, I have talked wid her and explain my problem she told me that u r problem will solve in 38 hrs. since the problem is not solved the people on call are not talking properly the special the (Tl) are not talking properly the 2 (TL) name is Mohammed sayad this Tl is not properly. I would request to the company head to take action on this both Tl. plzz if possible than call me I would seriously like to talk with the company person, the person who can take action.

Request just I want to inform you that last 26 days my jio network of data are not working in full range but jifi 2 device is works properly and network are not show. Plz increase range of network in village Mhammed nager sulra distict budaun pin 243601.

Dea Jio team. Jio net is very week and bad service of my area. I can't call and internet from my house when I have to come outside than a little use of internet. I complained so many times of customer care and also they promised me that Jio link will be placed in 90 days but still there is no network. So I request you will be kind necessary network action properly.

I have a plan of Rs 509 in which my data usage limit is 2gb/day. but since 2 days my 2gb limit is exceeded without uses by me. On 28th sept, my data renew at 12:50 am and its over by 01:10 and today i only use my data as whatsapp chat and its exceeded again. Please fix this as soon as possible.

My Jio no is. 7019176830. I tried recharge to another Jio no. 8660767810 but mistakenly recharged in my Jio no i.e., 7019176830 of Rs. 399. Requesting you to l transfer this amount either in Jio no. 8660767810 or recredit to my bank account.

Please solve the problem of recharge. I have known by by jio adviser that I am not jio Prime member. But I am already a prime member. Please help me.

First of all they close my number without any reason after that i reactivate number they give me postpaid and said sir for 3 months there wont come any bill but at end 1670Rs bill came. Now no one wants to help me... jio center, 198 and care @jio.com doing fraud with customer.

In worst case 6kb per second. Many times complaint in customer service. There was no use. So please provided a tower in my area. Many customer have jio sim in my area. There also had this problem. provide the tower.

I have a offer of 10 gb data from flipkart big billion sale, but 5 gb data comes to me and rest of 5 gb data is not gives to me from jio, and the customer care helpers are talking so misbehaved. So if I didn't have rest of 5 gb data ..Then I will break the jio sim and claimed to company.

In fact I wanted to book India Ka Smartphone – JioPhone for my son ASHWIN ARUN DHODAPKAR for his cell No. 9890994909. I have paid advance amount of Rs.500/- through my SBI account No. net banking transaction No. However, unfortunately while completing booking process instead of giving cell No. 9890994909 (of my son Ashwin) inadvertently I have given Cell No. 9890999149 which in fact stands in the name of one NAGRAJ JADHAV (reference true caller app).

Following Message
“ You have received the below pre-booking vouchers for jio-phone form mobile number 9890999149 and following are the voucher details: 1 vouchers booked for area Pincode: 414001”

It has also been received on cell No.9890994909 (of my son Ashwin). One message has also been sent to NAGRAJ JADHAV's mobile No. 9890999149. In fact, neither NAGRAJ JADHAV has booked any phone nor he resides in the area Pin-code : 414001 (Ahmednagar). I, therefore, request that, advance amount of Rs.500/- may please be diverted towards booking of India Ka Smartphone – JioPhone for my son ASHWIN ARUN DHODAPKAR against his cell No.9890994909.

Sir/madam, although I have been using my jio sim but now I cannot able to connect to the internet by using JioFi My Sim No. is 7011531907. I made a recharge of 399 two days before but it's not working what to do I have also went to your Jio digital center. Will you just help me out. Just notify me on my mail id (rohanshah.384 @gmail.com) or get me a proper solution.
