I had given a fan for repair to the service center but they are taking a very long time to repair it. They are very slow and this is only the problem with orient.

Purchases summer cool fan on 16.4.2015 at Kaleeswari electricals, washermenpet, chennai.600021. Now, while running fan, heavy noise comes from it. Due to noise pollution, we are disturbed more and more. I try to inform to Chennai centre, many more time, no attend any body there. More expected for prompt action from your side.

My Complain is regarding to misbehavior from "RAJENDRA Pande " who is Serviceman of your company at surat. He was talked very much rudely to me. Please take action to this.

There is no speed regulator function in the ceiling fan. I buy for my home but I need slow speed, so what can I do for this? plzz help can I exchange fans reply about this if I so reply me.

Purchase new orient fan but heavy sound is coming out of it.

Very bad service, There is no contact number of the company. I complained several time to the dealer he keeps saying company technicians will come and repair it. It has been one month since complaint but no response from the company.

I wish inform you that you service in charge is not doing good work. they are not going on complaint on write time my complaint written on 08072017 but it is not solve till now. they are not doing their job and misbehavior with customer and not pick up phone of customer. From the very first day when I contacted the service center for servicing of my fans which was purchased at the same day and not working properly. I contacted service center several times but neither did they paid heed to my complain nor they sent any one at my address. Pawan Khanna nd Radhika were the two persons whom I had contacted in Ranchi service centre and they are literally the most unprofessional ill-mannered and terribly arrogant person I have ever come across in my life. They have always provided me with wrong nos of service persons whom I never was able to contact and when followed up continuously they asked me to bring the Fan to them.

If this is is the purpose of the service centre I would suggest you to close the service centre. I need the contact no of any senior authority or any grievance redressal cell where I can put my words and get my job done.

Well for that matter I would never suggest any of my friends or foe to ever purchase Orient Fans.. which is worst in the market and service is superlative degree of being worst.

I have purchased two ceiling fans of Orient. The blades and other decorative parts of both the fans are creating noises. I have complained two times dated 12.05.2018 and 22.05.2018 at Customer care center but there is no reply from service center as well as Customercare center. Pramod Kumar Mittal, mob-- 9897505952.

I purchased 3 fans, AERO QUITE, from Orient, Ghaziabad on 23.03.2018. All fans are making noise while in operation. I made a complaint to service center on 02, 09 and 10.04.2018 (CI 8040200055,54 and 58) Also mailed to orient on 10.04.2018( w18041001133) but problem is not resolved. The persons from service center Mr Jagpal(8800705858) and Mr Vivek (9675845253) either not taking my calls or responding. I feel all fans are having manufacturing defect.

I would advise to people not to purchase any product from such irresponsible company.

Sir, I purchase Orient fan on date:-25-06-2018, But it is produce sound in running, Model wendy white / grey colour. There are 4 times visit technician but not repair these fan and technician no make any service report for fan found same problem every visit. Response of orient employee is not good so for future we have not suggest any person to buy this fan.

I have purchase Orient iron by online in January 2018.after 5 month it's not working while hv been not so much used it. Now m calling on customer care number from last 3 week even they don't pick call & any response. I am really disappointed with all this experience.

I complained several time to the no.18001037574 and register on website on 18/7/2018 he keep saying company technician will come and repair it.it has been 2 months since complaint but no response from the company. The customer Care officer give 2 mobile no. Depak Kumar 9359396833 Bulandshahr area officer and suneel kumaar 9811303562 first they did not pick my phone .some time pick coll and say technical will come but no response.

So now I,m tired to keep Colling please take any action and give service to us. My complaint no. 9286515220 name amir Suhail area Bulandshahr.

I purchased ceiling fan 1200mm super air in july 18 and it stopped working in sep 18. I contacted service center, they give me complain no.- C18100300292 and assured me that technician will attend within 48 hour. No body called or attended even after 10 days of my complain. Very pathetic product and worst service i have ever seen.

I have purchase a new electric water geyser on 5th Nov 18, and as per Orient policy they commit to install it with in 48 hours after submit a complain, I submitted a complain on 6th Nov 18 (complain number - C18110600270).

I called to customer care many times but still there is no support provided by Orient. it's the very bad service provided by Orient electric. Also no one provided the installation date and of it by the customer support.

This has reference to your advertisement in The Times Of India By Cricketer Dhoni. I and thousands of home buyers had booked a flat in NOIDA with Amrapali Group where he was the BRAND AMBASSADOR and the builder cheated on us .
we have not got our flats till to date and our hard earned money has gone down the drain as we are paying rent and emi .
Orient Electric is spoiling the Company Image by associating with a cheat. Request you to remove him as your BRAND AMBASSADOR as I will never buy anything which he endorses as he is a party to the process.

A year ago, I bought an Orient cooler, yesterday night suddenly the fan blade of the cooler came out by breaking the cooler cabinet and it saved my face from being injured. I request you to get my cooler repaired in summer. Having trouble, I bought this cooler from Prakash Trading Company, 4760, Roshan Ara Road Cooler model is Orient Cooler - CD7003H, Dated on 02-07-19.

Hi,

I m using Orient geyser. Since it is in warranty and I have register complain for it for two times once in February 2021 and another one is in June 2021 . Firstly when serviceman came he set element got blast . So he replace element and said will provide receipt on whatsapp and again when he visit for the second he taken 350/- from me as cleaning charges and I paid and confirmed form customer care that I will have receipt for it but still he didn't give it and I m try to reach out to him but he is not responding and He said this too that he will send this in whatsapp.

When I ask him that mine is in warranty so should I need to pay he said charges toh lagege karvana hai toh karvao and it is so rude.

Fan bahut awaj karta hai problem solved nahin hoi two month ho chuke hain.

Orient fan bad product and customer care is bad experience of wesly Orient product and customer care bad service. service centre reason is not good, Orient product is not good.

My exhaust fan not working it's under warranty. I have registered complain many times but no one can visited to my address even not given any response. So bad services gives by orient. Orient given bad products for 2 year warranty but one solve the problem. so all the customer plzzz do not purchase orient products boycott orient products. it's so bad company gives defective products.

This is very bad experience with Orient company. I have purchased ceiling BLDC Fan its speed problem is not solved. I have complaint four times.
