I purchased a laptop on 9-3-16 which is defective and not working today on 12-3-16. Engineer in service centre told me that mother board not working. It is very sad to say that a new laptop defected within 3 days of purchase.

Since I have bought my laptop, I have a issue with my laptop screen.The screen get shutdown automatically keeping the power button on and not responding to keypad also. So I need a replacement for this or a permanent solution.

I was playing a game and I had put my laptop to the charger and after some time it stopped working and now it's nor charging not waking what to do help me out of this.

My lenovo k3 note repaired twice & again given for repairs In first year only. I want replacement.

I have purchased lenovo k3 vibe from amazone about 1 month ago. In the start it showed good performance but after 10 to 15 days the touchpad showed problems. Hence i visited lenovo sevice center which is at elphistone near to deepama. They told me that your phone cannot be replaced. For repair it will take 7300 rupees which not my purchase price of the cell phone. The touch pad of cell phone is very bad. it gots hang also. so i am having request i want replacement.

I have purchased lenovo k5 vibe plus before 3-4 month ago. At the starting stage it was working good but after only 25 -30 days its motherboard was not working properly and customer care have took 1 month to repair my problem. And now about from 15 to 18 days my phone charger cable was also in customer care for replacement of it. but still there is no reponse from customer care. so my experience using lenovo phone is bad and customer service is also poor.

i have purchase lenovo A210-a 30 jan 2016. it repair 2 times in service centre n each time its board changed by service centre. And before 10 days its board change nd 28th jan 17 its battery heated then after it is nt take changing coincidentally its warranty expired on 29th jan. so please suggest me what i do?

Lenovo is a very untrusted company, dont buy any mobile of this brand go for any other brand. My own experience is that lenovo said us when the are selling Lenovo zul z1 mobile will get Android 6.0 but till date not getting it. Shame on this brand and also my decision to chose this mobile. I have stop my 7 friends to buy lenovo brand.

My lenovo vibe k4 note with imei no-867802028559855 has been stolen 2 days ago. I have registered a complaint with nearby police station at Palampur, Himachal Pradesh. Please suggest how I can remotely get it locked.

I just wanted to say it company. my phone was damage in previous month, it was submitted in 10-4-17 but today was 32 days over. no one listen my problem, in fact your customer care executive nd service centre was disgusting. I have purchased lenovo k3 note on 28 Feb 2016 from Neelkanth shop,Kota. My data cable was not working & I complained about it in January 2017 to Lenovo authorized service center. As I told them about my complain they change mobile screen ( have minor scratches ) of 3800/- . After placing new screen my data cable problem is solved but with this audio problem start. Again i went to center, at last moment they told about mother board installation which comes in 1 month.

I agree & wait for 1 month and after this also they refuse to do so by telling that warranty period got expired. Again make me fool by saying like this, that we install as soon as it arrive. But this work was not completed till date.

Kindly suggest what is the solution now otherwise my last option is only & only consumer court. I have faced lot of problems... I really suggest not to buy product of this company.

I had purchase lenovo k3 note in september, and from few days the phone have display problem. when the phone on the display was blear and display light was going low and red from boarder. when i go to service center and say to him my mobile have under warranty period and the problem . they told me your phone have small scratch and for that reasons the phone problem are made. they told me that they can not any help me about that, i told him but this scratch was made in december and after that the phone doing well, but now before few days the problem was made then how to say that. i saw in youtube this mobile have same problem are made in all device after few month.

I want to say that plz repair or change my mobile touch pad. i hope u give me a positive reply to me.

I am a lenovo k6 power user, and after upgrading it to android Nought I am facing various problems in my phone. Like the fingerprint sensor is not working properly and the screen often dosen't work, and i am using two sim cards in my phone (reliance and idea) and only one of the sim works at a time. The sim from which i am using internet is working and the other sim is not detected. kindly take some action on my problem and contact me as soon as possible either by email or by phone (8234959140).
