The service of Jabong Team is excellent. However, I have to comment on the product also. I had taken a Carlton London Shoe size 8. when i took delivery i noticed that size 8, which i normally wear, is not suiting and I requested for an exchange. However, when I got the next size, i still felt that the shoe is just fit and i am finding difficulty in walking and my skin is also start rubbing with shoes because of small size. Size 9 of this brand is small when compared to other brands. Further, it is also felt that the upper material does not appear to be leather as specified in website.
