I have purchased KAFF gas stove thee months back. ignition button not worked from the first day onwards, complaint given to dealer. Once he send service men and he replaced the ignition button,it was also not working within a week. Now even stove also not burning but there is no response from dealer. My Bad, I did not read those comments from loads of people on BAD services. just a month of usage and what a non-sense product and pathetic services?? Services team is rude. They harass customer to extort money. Does anyone have have number of KAFF business head in India?

We have gas stove 3 burner with toughened glass but its flame is very dim. electric ignition is alsno not working.

Its very sad to know that the branded company like KAFF do not have after sales service and people buy home appliances from branded companies just for after sales service . We aren't asking you to serve us for free but please serve us. Complain no: AP2730 is not yet attained.

My KAFF gas stove glass was broken since 8th February,16 after two days followups someone come to see the problems & taken 200 rupees & told that we will replace this in next two days but till date nobody come to change this even not respond on our communications too. Neither they are supportive nor want to resolve customer problem why's we purchased so much expensive products when no one ready to give services very poor after sales service standards of this company.

I purchased many Built-in kitchen appliances in March 2015 for my new home all from KAFF. The Built-in microwave oven(KB-4A) started to fade away all markings on the front case after few months. I made complaints several times to Kochi Dealer, Kochi company executives, Toll free number, SMS to complaint cell and even after 8 months my complaint is not resolved.

i am startling since last 45 days for spare part, but not get any response from customer care and dealer both. Worst after sales service. Not recommended to anyone.

Extremely annoying service, I have no count on how many times I had to call for Chimney filter replace. They do not come for service, nor do they sell spare parts, so we cant buy them outside. Am planing to log a consumer court compliant. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM KAFF. ABSOLUTE WASTE SERVICE. PRODUCT ISNT TOO GOOD AS WELL.

KAFF service center guys are frauds, They simply charge too much money and send some school kids to install the products. They dont know what they are doing because of which their could cause many accidents.

They have installed a chimney in my house which is hanging and they have charged 3500 for a clap which they broke it while fixing.

Their call center is pathetic. I request all of you if you see the review. DO NOT BUY KAFF PRODUCTS. JUST BECAUSE THEIR SERVICE IS PATHETIC.

Bought one Kaff chimney which is making lot of noise from the purchased date. We had given reminder to customer care 2 times and specially said that we require the service either before 10 o clock in the morning or on Sunday as we are working. But their representative whenever calls always talk in rude manner and says that they will not entertain such type of requests. Also they mention do whatever you do we will not come in the morning and nor on Sundays. Tell us what we will do. so our exp is worst and tell us what we will do.

We had bought a new chimney from the KAFF dealer Creative Kitchen in Sahid nagar, bhubaneswar on 6th. It is not working after two days. Inspite of repeated requests to customer care nothing is done till date. Request future buyers not to go in for KAFF brand.

Worst customer service. I got my Kaff chimney delivered on 04/05/2016 called the next day for installation ie on 05/05/2016. The customer care executive told me the person would visit in 48 working hours but nobody even cared to call and update. I myself had to call the service center and do follow ups, its been 3 days since i got the product. The customer care executive always give wrong commitments telling that the installation people will call us, still no installation done. My reference number- JS3538

I had a very bad experience with KAFF. my chimney motor stops working, I lodged a complaint on customer care, they said technician will come and check and charged rs 225/- as visiting charge. Technician has come and checked and said, i'll do the service and it will fix the problem, afterwards also problem persist, then changed the capacitor with another old capacitor but no result again. Then I asked him to change the motor as it is in warranty then come to know that motor can only be repaired not replaced as per Mr Netrapal (delhi center) and customer care is outsourced and dont know anything as per Mr Netrapal. They took 15 days to repair but no result. I asked technician what you fixed then technician finds a capacitor out of used capacitor from his bag and finally it works.

So moral of the story they dont do anything unless you asked him like motor fixing or capacitor change apart from this technician did the service without asking me just to get 800/- because he travels 40km.

I had a very bad experience with Kaff . my chimney is not working properly, i lodged a compliant on customer care 13 may 2016, they said technician will come within 2 days but technician has not come at the time. we had given reminder to customer care 3 times. its very sad to know that the branded company like KAFF do not have after sales service and people buy home appliances from branded companies just for after sales service. we aren't asking you to serve us for free but please serve us . Complain no: SN4628 is not yet attained.

I have problem with my chimney. Most difficult task to make it clean properly..... I was wrong that Kaff was best.

ONe burner of my Kaff gas stove was tight and could not be operated and I called Aryan service centre and the guy replaced a knob. For a day or so it worked fine. Thereafer it was continuously leaking putting my family in great danger. Again the technician came and attended, still there is leakage. I wanted service only from OEM only as I did not want to take any risk.

For the last three days I am taking food from outside as I can not operate the stove. My daughter is happy, thanks to KAFF.

PLEASE ATTEND TO THE PROBLEM ON URGENT BASIS AND DO NOT RISK THE LIVES OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE PUT THEIR TRUST IN KAFF.

Highly poor response from customer are of kaff for complaint no. KF1813 dt2.7.2016 inspite of repeated reminder and calls to its toll free no.Highly dissatisfied from its service centre.

Pl kaff is v nice product but service member & man who comes home service. Cheet women pl sea your service member. Kareeb two month se koi kam nahi Hua Ki kal auga kal kabhi nahi aata hai.

I buy chimney in kaff 3 days before, still kaff guys not come to installation. I tried to call but service is not good I'm worried about service.. I don know how this company service control.

I am a customer and i am using your kaff 4 burner stove... I had recently installed the product (less than an year). I am facing problem with the auto ignition of the stove. I request you to kindly fix the product.

I have a problem with burner and induction, i called to kaff customer care regarding the same they have give me a complaint number KF2276, and they told me that the person will come to rectify the problem, after that no one comes for the service, again i called to customer care number, they have told me that the complaint number has been closed,and again they have given me one complaint number KF6367, but till now i did not get any response from them.

I had lodged a complaint the day we had installed the new Micro wave oven ( model no KB -7A) we had purchased I .e. on 04/07/16 that we have accidentally broken the glass plate and need a spare one. Since then I have called no of times and spoken to your customer care executives and service center team for the replacement but each time I have been getting false promises that it would be delivered in 2-3 days. My complaint no. KF3276 was closed automatically without completing the job and when I called for the follow up a new no was generated KF5726.

I am highly disappointed with your services and your handling of the spare part division and have started feeling that I have made a mistake buying a Kaff product.

Very bad service from KAFF. My chimney stopped working one month back and I have logged a complaint with KAFF: compliant no. KF 3245 dated: 7-Jul-2016.

I have called your call center and local area managers many times but none of them are of any help. Even I have escalated the issue to the Service center head with no real relief. The persons I connects with who did not support to resolve my problem are:

Worst service and response given by Zirakpur service station. Technician came to check auto ignition complaint on 12th August and he doesn't have spare parts. Its almost a month now and despite of several call to service station, they doesn't bother to response. I am sure l will never purchase or recommend KAFF product.
